Excellent!
Great product. I’m really happy with the results. There are a few bumps but that’s because the actual doors were damaged.Unless you’re a ninja octopus, you will get some air bubbles but getting rid of these is easy with a pin prick and smoother, it’s also one of the most satisfying tasks I can think of.I can only imagine the people who struggled to apply it didn’t have a wallpaper smoother kit, I think I would have really struggled without it. I bought one from here, two smoothers and knife - £9 - awesome. You also need to be patient, I got cocky at one point and it ended in disaster. It’s not very thick but I think that made it easier to apply. It didn’t rip at all. The reason for four stars for ‘ease of use’ is because there weren’t any instructions included. If it wasn’t for me reading the reviews I wouldn’t have known to use a hairdryer on the edges, for example.I had a few oops moments and learned as I went along. I might redo one or two if I can be bothered but I’m very happy with the results for now. Transformed my kitchen cupboards for less than £30 with the handles!

Great for a makeover
I changed my whole bedroom furniture from pine to white and my bathroom drawers got a makeover and they look great .If you take your time it's easy to apply but the end of the roll tends to get creased and it's not good for big things .

Not too thick
After reading good reviews I decided to update the kitchen . I wish the vynil was thicker , if the door your’e trying to cover up has old paint layers - they are going to be seen through , rather than that I think I am ok with the product . You can see left side the doors are painted and the right side the vynil used to cover it up . Also one point , as soon you will get the air line it’s hard to smooth it up unless people are really doing it mm by mm but on a larger subjects it’s hard to achieve perfect lining , where is on my cutting board I have used “ marble “ effect “ vynil and I had not had problems like that . Still 5 stars given as its ok for time being .

Not 61 cms
Measure before you start. I did all of my top units first, when i did the bottom i cut some off to do a few doors and found it was not the size stated.. wasnt wide enough for my doors so i had to send it back... looks great, easy to put on but i did buy a tool to help smooth it out. Mine is white.. it made the kitchen look bigger and brighter as i have an oak effect kitchen would recommend if you dont need it for doors of 61 cms..

Easier than you think it might be!
I was very sceptical about this. It seemed like a huge project to cover all my kitchen cupboards and drawers with this stuff. However, it was much easier than it seemed, and although I had trouble with getting neat edges (my fault) it all looks really good. You really wouldn't know that I hadn't been out and purchased new cupboard/drawer fronts. Excellent cheap way of updating my kitchen.

Transforms old cupboards
My cupboard doors look lovely and fresh, a little hard to get the knack of at first so you have to use a tester door I'd say! And use a higher surface to do them on unlike me who used the floor! Only thing I've had trouble with is the sides keep I'm sticking, so I may try some super glue to stick them down! However so far the surfaces look great ... see pic (The grey is painted as that was hard to cover)

Not the best adhesion - sparkle not really visible
I haven't yet used this for the intended purpose - the kitchen units - because...My daughter has a painted bedside cabinet which became severely marked on the top. I thought I would give this a go to cover it and thought it would be good practice before using it for the kitchen. So - ease of use isn't great as I guess you would expect something so flexible with adhesive on it but I got there. The cabinet has a lift up lid so great for hiding where it sticks underneath.I had to use sellotape to fix it down as it simply didn't want to stick.I am now considering painting the cabinets instead - as the sparkle really isn't that visible.
