Nordic Ware Is The Standard
I have always wanted a cooling rack. I finally found this Nordic Ware rack this fits inside my half sheet pan. That makes storage easy. It is perfect for elevating pizza to maintain crispness. Well-made cooling rack
I bought it to step up my cookie-making game. It’s a great cooling rack - it sits level on the counter, and feels well-built with no sharp surprises along the edges. I hand-wash it.

Nordicware is the BEST!
I have been using Nordware baking sheets and racks for over 30 years. I won't use anything else. Easy to clean, they are very sturdy, and everything bakes and cooks to perfection.

Good quality, good size
This rack is a great size, good quality, easy to use. It's easy to store. Seems like a good value for the price. It holds up well through heavy use. I highly recommend it.

Love Noric Ware baking/cooling rack!
The Nordic Ware baking and cooking rack works great! It is still tricky to clean after baking some chicken, but being non-stick is very helpful and cleaned better than non-coated racks I have had in the past. Though there were cheaper (non-Nordic Ware) options, I love that this baking/cooling rack fits perfectly in the Nordic Ware half-sheet pan I already had.

Good cookie cooling racks
It’s easy to clean and good for cooling cookies. but not designed for cooking on I guess, because the temperature rating is too low.

Good quality, good size for baking, definitely an upgrade
Finally got around to using this rack and I really like it. It's sturdy, well made, cookies didn't stick to it, and it's a much better (bigger) size than the one I've been using for years. This is my second, recent Nordic Ware brand cookware purchase and I'm very happy with it.
