The 200-degree wide-angle view is kind of a fisheye view. The image is clear but tiny. Works as it should and the security flap on the inside ensures that nobody can look in. Easy to install if you aren't afraid to drill a half inch hole through your door. For that reason, be very sure of where you want to install it! I would recommend that you look through it and see if the image works for you before you drill the hole.

Installed this a couple months ago. All seemed fine, install was easy but it was a little blurry and difficult to see through. One day when I opened my door it fell apart and onto the floor. Come to find out its all plastic and that's why you don't get crisp sight. Pretty disappointed that it came apart and now I just have an open tunnel in my door.

It was easy to install, and it looks pretty good. The wide flanges on each half are great for covering up defects, if you don't quite drill a perfect hole during install. The clarity isn't quite top notch, but still a really good value.

Small but works fine

Great lens for the money but I never got to use it. Installation would have been a breeze.

Product overall is just ok, it does it’s job. Only issue is the lens not too clean inside and there’s a few scratches on the inside surface of lens. Installation is not too bad if your door hole is the right size but I do have to drill my little larger to fits. Best thing I do like is the privacy cover.

Absolute garbage. Blurry. Cheap crap. Waste of money. I can't say anything positive. Thought I'd replace our 30-year-old front door and update the peep from a gold to the matte black. We'll have to live with a old gold, because you can't see through this one.

The peephole door viewer we had was scratched and blurry, I have never installed or replaced one before and am not real handyman, but I had this installed in 5min and it is much clearer and I like the cover so that the outside cannot look in. Here is what you need if replacing one, take a wrench or plyers and hold one side firm and turn the other to unscrew the old one, then if you don't have it already, buy the drill bit Amazon recommends with this peephole viewer and put that on the drill, then drill the old hole to make it wider and the right size, then take the new viewer and hold the inside and screw the outside in, done ✔.
