These ankle weights are easy to adjust and comfortable to wear. The weight options are helpful, and they stay in place during workouts and walks. They feel sturdy and well made. Overall, they work well for adding a little extra resistance.

I am really satisfied with these adjustable ankle weights. Each ankle strap has 5 pockets that hold 1-pound weights, which can be removed individually to adjust the weight. This allows you to customize the weight between 1-5 pounds per leg, with a maximum of 10 pounds for the pair. The velcro straps are extremely strong and wide on both the loop and hook sides, providing a secure hold around the ankles. I needed some ankle weights to do my rehab and wanted to try adjustable ones. What I liked: • Adjustable up to 5# on each ankle • easy to remove weights • velcro seems to be strong • color variety What could be better • it's quite bulky compared to other competitors Overall it's a solid, affordable, adjustable set that can be used in a variety of ways.

Needed to order a pair of 5LB each ankle weights. Many options to choose from, with mixed reviews, but this brand seemed to stand out from the rest. I've only had them about a week now but they seem great. Got the grey ones. They are comfortable, the velcro seems strong, and while I have not messed with them, they seem easily adjustable. They seem well made. Using them for PT and I think they will do the job quite well. Price was good, happy with my purchase.

I love these! My previous pair had a velcro strap you had to feed through a eyelet to close. This has a WIDE velcro strap that is SO easy to put on and off. A few people have complained that the removable weights are hard to take out/put in. That is only true for the two end ones that have the velcro strap over them. They are a little tricky. Do-able but tricky. But since there are three others that easily slip and out, I don't know how many people want to remove more than three out of five.

Bookings it’s a little bulky. The quality is absolutely great. Either a removal is good softness. I would definitely make sure that you have socks underneath of them only because they’ll rub the support is great. It’s made to fit almost any size, but I would definitely recommend.

Let me start with the positives -- item was exactly as described. Nice light blue, easily removed and replaced one pound weights, five in all. I was looking forward to using these in exercise. But never got that far. The problem is that there are only two velcro panels for the strap to fasten on. And that's exactly like the product pics at the top of the page. But when I tried to fasten the strap on my wrist or ankle, I could not get the strap to fasten to more than one of the two panels -- the unit is so long that the strap overshoots and only lands on one of the panels. What is very interesting to me is that I also ordered the 10 lb version, and those pictures at the top of the page show just two panels for that version, too. But thank God, as you can see in the photo I have supplied, I got three panels on mine. And that means the strap on that one lands on two panels. The difference is huge if you plan on using the weight straps in any vigorous exercise or even full range of motion exercises as a single panel cannot keep the straps from coming loose or moving as well as two or three panels. And with the 5 lb version, I had to wrap it around my bicep to get two panels on the strap. Am I out of shape? Sure, lol, that's why I bought 5lb straps with removable weight bags, so I could start with less than 5 lbs. If you have wrists that match my biceps, then God bless you. Why are you buying 5 lb weights again? Anyway, I am returning the 5 lb'ers and keeping the 10'ers for now because with the strap secured to two panels, it should be safe for light to moderate exercise. Still not sure it would be safe enough for running, but I am willing to try.

I already have several sets of ankle/wrist weights. These are really high quality and comfortable. I got two five pound weights as i felt that i could lower to four or three (neither of which i have) and add to in addition to my other five pound weights if i wanted to. the little bags coming out is one of the things i was looking for and there is a bit of a stretch to the strap which helps make them fit nicely.

Great ankle weights for a surprisingly lower than competition price. The velcro strap is large and strong and the ability to change total weight by adding or removing the small weights inside makes it great for progressive training.
