Excellent Switch. Easy to Install and Works as expected
I was scared before buying as it had mixed reviews. But good I bought it. Very easy to configure. Works well with Jinvoo App, Alexa and Google Home. One needs to press the 1st button till it blinks and turns blue and you are ready to configure. Remember the back side require good depth behind to replace the existing switch. Configuration and documentation is easy to follow. Highly recommended.

Good value but maybe a few bugs
Good value, bit of a fiddle to fit but that's the same with any 3 gang switch, main issue is it occasionally becomes unresponsive to touch but oddly still operates via alexa

Installation Hole adjustments
I would like to see the mounting holes bigger, so you can adjust for height. As the holes are small now, you can not and if the box in the wall is slightly off and there is a line of switches, the installation looks really bad.

Smart homes don’t need to cost a fortune!
Great product, easy to install and pair to smart phone. Straight forward if you have a neutral feed in your switch box.

would not link to app
Easy to install (provided of course that you have the neutral wire in the switch which I do); works beautifully on touch sensitivity; looks the biz; in my case needed a spacer because too deep; but real problem was that despite an hour's effort could not persuade to link to app. Have returned.

Useless unless you rewire your home
I have never had a neutral wire in any light switch in any of the houses i have lived in over the 53 years ive lived. You do get them in the ceiling fittings & sockets but these require rewiring your house.

Works fine for 2 and 3 gang in UK with a little rewiring
I worked out a way of getting an extra neutral wire to the switch but this only works for 2 gang and 3 gang switches. The key thing to note is that for these types of switches the number of wires required differ to mechanical switches as shown below: mechanical smart1 gang 2 32 gang 4 43 gang 6 5As the table shows, the number of wires going to the 1 gang switch (for a standard mechanical switch) is not enough to replace with a smart switch but for the 2 gang and 3 gang switch there are enough wires (1 spare wire for 3 gang). The trick now is to get a neutral wire to the switch (as opposed to switched live). This can be achieved by rewiring at the ceiling lamp/light end and connecting one of the wires from the switch to the neutral wires at the terminal (normally the wires from the switch are connected to the live terminal and the live wire to the lamp/light (within the internal wiring of the ceiling lamp/light). An electrician may not recommend this method as this will not follow the colour convention of the wiring but the extra wire is a neutral wire (which is kind of safe as opposed to live wire) and as long as you know how it is configured, you should be ok. So far no problems with me but we were unable to make it a 2 way switch for the upstairs passageway switch.
