I'm so glad I decided to buy this! I've been having aching pain and popping under my left shoulder blade for at least the past 7 years. The pain comes and goes, but over the years it has become progressively worse. I scoured the internet trying to find out what could possibly be causing the pain and came across some really scary stuff (like thoracic outlet syndrome, pancoast tumors, and rotator cuff tears). After I noticed I was starting to get a dowager's hump in addition to my shoulder issue I decided to refine my search a little more and came across an article about the effects of poor scapular positioning. I've always had pretty terrible posture and never realized how badly it could affect you in the long run. I bought this posture corrector and felt relief within minutes of putting it on. Even the next day, before even wearing it again, I could tell a difference. I had been going through handfuls of ibuprofen every day and since I started wearing this I haven't needed any! I've worn it for an hour every day since it arrived. I wore it with a tank top once and the straps were itchy and irritating because they were rubbing on bare skin. Wearing it over a tee shirt eliminates this issue. I highly recommend for people suffering pains as a result of bad posture!

This was wonderful in the first 2 months. After that, it started to break down. I tried electric tape to keep it together. It hurts under your arms. So, I don't wear it anymore. I'm still glad that I purchased it when I did because it did help a lot but if you are a small frame it's going to be a big problem for you and if your shoulders are very tiny like mine again it's going to be a problem. The girl in the picture has great muscular build and shoulders and it's very deceiving.

I spend TOO much time on this computer. My shoulders & neck were paying a price for that.I looked at a range of options but the best price/concept balance looked like ComfyMed(R) Support.After a week, I am impressed with how well it works - reminding me when I start to slump.It's not an immovable object but a simple, effective device that has already helped my body adapt.Highly recommend it to other computer 'victims'..

This brace actually helps. My physical therapist suggested it as an adjunct therapy. It made all the difference giving me short term relief while I strengthened the muscles I needed to support my neck and upper spine through a 2-disc herniation injury. Highly recommended.

I don't normally leave feedback, but the service from ComfyMed was so outstanding I had to say something. This appears to be a great product. Unfortunately, I have a weird body type, and the brace proved to not quite be a fit for me. I received immediate personal attention and an ideal resolution.

I am really pleased with this posture corrector. (I had a different brand previously but it kept sliding up and down on my back.) This little number keeps everything in place as it should. The only thing that had a bit of a downfall is that the black has rubbed off on a couple of my light colored shirts. I hope this won’t always be an issue.Mechanically, it does what it promises. It will retrain your back muscles to hold your body erect rather than slumped or rounded forward. Pretty soon, you will just carry yourself in the way that it was always intended.

After wearing this for a few days I was able to train my brain to understand where proper posture should be when I don’t have it on. When I feel like I’m slouching again I put it back on for a few hours now.

So doesn't fit well. Looks stupid. It can easily get tangled. Despite all of this I put it on and within 30 minutes I could tell my shoulders had moved to their natural position. My neck pain is gone and my shoulders aren't sore all the time.

It's ok, not very comfortable to be honest.

Great product , if I had to be a little critical ,the straps where they go through the loops on the front of the shoulders does tend to get creased an folded over , but having said that it does what it says on the tin .. would roccomend to people who want to improve posture.

The back brace does exactly what it claims to do. It is comfortable, unobtrusive and subtlety makes you aware of your posture. As such, you become accustomed to standing tall, shoulders back, even when not wearing the brace. Highly recommended.
