Perhaps my stomach isn't tough enough for the fat burning ingredients in these gummies, but these were a huge disappoinment for me. After two gummies, I became fairly ill, and I'm only now beginning to feel better after almost a month of not. Maybe they'll work for you (there are many positive reviews on the SkinnyMint website), but I'll stay away from these.
