Brybelly Craps Rattan Dice Stick

My first impression was "WOW, that arrived quickly" then after opening the box it went to .. "What the heck?" the shovel of the stick is 8 inches long. I'll have to cut it. (not sure why they think the shovel has to be so long) The bend of the shovel is so wide that it looks like a walking cane. Also the bend is slightly splintered on the outside and catches on the table felt. Definitely not what the picture looked like. So I'm taking it to my workshop to cut the shovel, sand down the bend, re-stain and lacquer it. I don't have time to get another one just to be disappointed again. SMH.

Not very impressed with this guy. The first thing I noticed after removing from the ridiculously large box was that the end was bent way to far inward, at about a 45-degree angle. I was able to briefly soak it in boiling water and re-bend it, but not a good firsdt impression. The finish itself is not great, almost but not quite tacky.Worst of all, though, is that the wood is very... frayed? Lots of wood fibers and splinters sticking out all over, and a pretty big chip at the base. Running a hand along the surface is just asking for splinters, and it just looks bad. I plan on using this on a plastic surface (if I use it at all), but on a velvet or cloth surface this thing would snag all the time.2 stars because it is a stick, and it has a bend at the end; but it is the worst stick with a bend at the end I have ever bought

For 31$ I can't help but feel like I was ripped off.. Like other reviews the wood is cheap and the hook is too hooked.. Not going to send back as I dont want to put in the work returning and finding another taking another chance that it could be this s***y.. instead I am going tonsamd it down, stain it, and lacquer it.. something the mfg should have done beforehand for having it in the 31$ price range. Wont support these people with any future purchases.

Was excited to get this, however its a let down when we opened the box. My husband asks if we had purchased a walking stick! This is nowhere near casino quality. See pic. its about 3x thicker than our original one. Sorry, but I would not recommend this item. Also - the ability to upload photo has been removed.

Very disappointed with this croupier stick. Too stiff, finish is very poor with splinters galore, bend in stick is set at an angle so far off I will have steam it and try to bend it properly so the dice can be moved across the table in a straight line. I will also need to cut off the bend as it is far too long. Very amateurish. Shipping cost about as much as the stick itself. Product design folks get an "F" for this one.

Very grainy and not sanded down so gets caught on the felt.. The hook is also bent to more like a checkmark shape. I think that is due to shipping. Will need to sand down, repolish and bend to shape.

Better off bending a stick outside LOL this thing is like a crooked shepherds pole. Not anything like a crap dealers stick other then made out of wood.

It's awkwardly shaped, it's warped, it's way too thick in the handle, and it's not properly sealed (note the fibers peeling in the second picture). It's apparently been made by a child, or someone who has never done woodworking in their life. Would give zero stars if I could. How dare someone make this monstrosity (for likely $2) and try to sell it for $40. Shame on this seller.
