I might have ordered the ones with the built-in SATA power adapter. Those would probably have been a bit less bulkier in my case.

Worked as expected
I've bought 2 of these little guys for a kick around lab machine. They worked perfectly and good length to reach the opposite side of the case.

On par with other HBA adapters, molex power is a nice addition.
I’ve been running this in my NAS 24hrs/day for about six months, plugged into 4 SAS drives, and so far it’s been flawless. I can’t say much for the resilience of the cables, since I’ve only had to plug it in once, but it feels pretty much standard for HBA splitters I’ve used in the past. The 4-pin molex power connectors are a bonus, if you have a lot going on in your case.

Just what I needed
I purchased these for my installation of some old SAS drives I had laying around into my desktop they work great so far.

Works with SAS2 HBA and SAS3 HDDs. Reaches all the way to the front of the "long" 1U 12x HDD chassis (you know the ones).

Working well
I put these in some very old hardware built as an inexpensive Unraid system. Everything is working as expected. If I ever have to add another controller I would get these again.
