Drawer keeps randomly sliding out
First of all let me say that I do not EVER review products that I receive from Amazon or elsewhere. I am merely doing this one because when I went to purchase drawer slides, I relied solely on the reviews of others so I want to return the favor....so anyway, these aren't bad! I built an 11 drawer, a 5 drawer dresser, and two nightstands with these and while they were not terrible, I would not give them a 4+ rating because one of the drawers on my dresser just keeps sliding out on its own. Its the most weird thing to see but we deal with it because the cost was a steal. It’s definitely a quality issue rather than the dresser being uneven (checked for that) and it should definitely be taken a look at. Also, after having them for about a month and a half, I can say that I like how easy they are to slide in and out but again, it doesn't make any sense that this one drawer keeps falling out!!1/8/19 Update: Friho contacted me about my issue with their product. They’re representative was very accommodating and offered to send me a replacement set to overcompensate for the “randomly sliding out” issue in exchange for a positive review. That’s amazing customer service! It’s clear they stand behind the quality of their products. I would definitely buy from them in the future! It’d be great if all vendors were this responsive! Thanks Andy!

Great product
They work just as well as the more expensive slides I have purchased in the past ....BUT ... just as others have stated, some had way to much bearing grease in them. My suggestion would be to use WD40 to clean out all of the grease, blow out excess WD40 with air, wipe down and let dry before installing them. Otherwise I have no problem with them, and will buy again. (I've been building cabinets and custom furniture for 44 years ) The grease issue is the reason for 4 stars not 5.

Great value
These work just as well as the big box store ones that are super expensive. I used these for a kitchen pantry cabinet for a client that had 13 drawers. These were a big money saver! If buying an Amazon warehouse deal though, be sure to check to make sure all of the pieces are there and every piece works. I've noticed lately that warehouse deals aren't as quality controlled as they used to be.

These are as well made and as smooth operating as any on the market and the price made then an excellent bargain. I'm using these for heavier applications in power tool storage and find them highly satisfactory.

Great slides for an awesome price
We have been very impressed with how well these slides work. We are in the process of adding sliding drawers to all of our kitchen cabinets and at $7 a pair these slides are helping us stay well within our budget.

Good price to quality ratio
I first bought 10 pairs 14" long to build a custom storage unit. The drawers are wide (26") and hold roughly 30-40 pounds each. These slides handle this just fine. There is a bit of side to side sway on full extension but well within my acceptability limits. I bought another set of 10 to complete an 8 foot long storage unit which also sees quite a heavy load. Again, no issues. My final opinion- they have unbeatable price/quality point.I used 14 pairs - no issues with any of them.If you are not careful when you re-attach the drawers after unclipping them, make sure that you don't accidently catch the end of the roller ball cage as this will deform them and potentially release the ball bearings. If you find the drawers hard to slide after installation, most likely your drawer is slightly too wide - user error! If when you slide the drawer back after re-clipping the slide in, you find the drawers don't slide all the way back, just press harder and force the drawer all the way back. This will get the ball-bearing carriage into the correct position, after which the drawer will slide normally. This is only necessary sometimes if you unclip the drawer to remove it.Oh, and screws are included. They are 1/2" particle board screws which works fine for 1/2" drawer boxes. The plywood I used was only 0.4" (10mm ply) and the screw length was marginally long and did break through on some boxes. Again, user error.

Inconsistent Delivery
I first ordered a ten pack of these and was pretty happy with them. Sturdy, easy to install. no complaints. The second time I ordered a ten pack: only 4 pairs matched the previous style. 3 pairs were an entirely different kind of slide that required more assembly (no instructions were provided), 1 pair only had the receiver part of the slides, and 2 pairs were completely missing.

Terrible, the metal parts that hold the ball bearings bends soo easy
First of I have build hundreds of drawers and installed various types of slides but these while price is good u pay for it in quality. Taking the drawers out and back in just a couple of times bent the metal parts that secure the ball bearings. Even lost some bearings around the shop. Had to get needle nose pliers to bent them back into shape in order to use them. I will never buy these again. Horrible. As they say “I am not rich enough to buy cheap stuff”. Well sooo true in this case since I will have to buy another brand of slides and waste double the money. Buy quality but buy once.
