I have tried a few products from gatorade, body armor, nuun, and so on to help in assisting my hydration since it is incredibly important that I stay hydrated and get enough electrolytes to not have flares with my conditions. While those products are okay, they never work quite as well or I have specific issues with them that leave things to be desirable compared to this product. Overall I have been buying these consistently for months after several medical complications that leave me dizzy and light headed without. I do not drink many other things besides this or plain water. PROS - It works noticeably better than other products with helping me manage my symptoms - It works FAST for me when I am feeling bad or my blood pressure tanks. I feel better within an hour or two of sipping on a bottle. - While it is very sweet, I actually like the flavor as opposed to just tolerating it - Very easy to put into a water bottle and mix it quickly - Doesn't have a weird texture or faux carbonation that makes it hard to drink - Easy to travel with if I have to go somewhere away from home for extended periods - For me the price is a little high but worth it after doing the math and comparing it to other options and their prices CONS - May be to sweet for some people (I have a sweet tooth) - I have only tried Passion Fruit, Strawberry and Grape. I found the Strawberry tastes like I am drinking strawberry nerds and it gave me a headache from how sweet it was, but Passion Fruit and Grape both were fine - It IS pricey to buy as a whole (vs buying a single drink at a store) and compared to the other options out there - Sometimes if you don't drink it immediately or the same day it can separate and the flavor will be off

I am prone to dehydration and tried these hydration drink mixes. The passion fruit flavor is very nice and the powder mixes well in water with stirring. My body felt much better. These packets are now part of my travel medication kit.

I travel a lot and apparently as I hit my mid 40s I have become incredibly susceptible to dehydration. It put me in the hospital last year on a motorcycle ride in Arizona and almost again this year. When I'm on my trips, and even when I'm home sometimes (if I workout or just don't drink enough) I get wicked debilitating leg cramps. My hammies seize up, my calves as well and they even begin to twitch on their own. It's so bad that on flights I've had issues in cramped places (bathrooms) where I almost can't function. Alcohol makes it worse, and unfortunately, I'm a very social person with a very social job. It's been so bad lately though that I have had to limit myself to one or two drinks in an evening, which is not helpful to my work. I've also noticed that my heart rate goes through the roof when I'm having these episodes and I'm wondering how close to a serious heart issue I've come to at times. I felt like I was dying and my body was shutting down. My doctor is a bit useless on this and while I try to drink enough, it's often hard as I am never sure where my next bathroom will be. I tried this stuff and I haven't felt this good in years. I'm on a trip now half way around the world and I've been using the stuff for 4 days. No cramps, no insane unquenchable thirst each morning...I feel AMAZING! This isn't some BS review. I'm a real person and this product is a miracle to me. I wish I had found it 5 years ago when these symptoms began. I only take it once or twice a day depending on how depleted I feel and that's all it takes. Beyond that, you can actually feel the energy coming back to your body almost immediately. I also feel less itchy at night, which I didn't realize was another sign of dehydration. This stuff is freaking awesome. It's not the best tasting stuff in the world, but it's more than tolerable for a quick chug at the beginning and/or end of the day. These cramps where so painful and would strike at all times, whether sitting, walking, standing up or worst of all...sleeping, waking me in the middle of the night with agonizing pain in one leg that would often then move to the other leg as well. It was HORRIBLE. I would do commercials for these guys. I feel like this product saved me. FOR REAL!

Liquid IV dissolves well in water and it has been incredibly helpful for managing my POTS, which is a condition affecting my blood pressure. I definitely feel healthier drinking these a couple of times a day. I'm glad I scored these on Prime Day because I am pretty low-income, but it's worth the expense for me. Nuun did not seem to be nearly as effective. My only complaint is the taste. The flavor is correct but it's far too sweet for me. I wish they would back the stevia down a little bit.

fantastic product, contains more sugar than i would usually like but tastes good. i used to buy at costco but they discontinued this flavor at costco. i always keep one on hand as i'm breast feeding and liquid iv dissolves easily, tastes good, doesn't leave a grainy texture, the packets are functional, and it helps with hydration

I first tried Liquid I.V. when a friend offered it to me because I was dehydrated. When I get that way, I get leg cramps in my sleep. I was a little apprehensive of drinking it. The reasons for it was, it probably will not help alleviated my leg cramps and the taste would be awful. Well guess what? It did help with the leg cramps situation and the taste was good. It didn't have that weird vitamin pill aftertaste , like I find with other powder drinks "healthy" drink mixtures. The taste is more like a lemon lime profile. I liked this product so much, that I decided to by a package of Liquid I.V. I've been through 2 orders worth so far. I can say, I have got my leg cramps under control. In the past I have drank coconut water to help with the cramps. I still drink it ,but now I have an other options that works for me. So if you decide to try it, I have a few tips about this stuff: 1. When mixing the powder into water, it's better to have it at room temp. I find mixing it when the water is cold or if you already have ice in your cup, the powder doesn't dissolve as quickly. You are left with bits of the undissolved powder floating in the cup. When you drink that, it's a major flavor explosion in your mouth, and not in a good way. 2. I personally find the amount of water suggested to mix with the powder is not enough for my palate. I like the flavor diluted a bit more. I like to add water to all my sports and fruit juices because of the intense flavor profile. 3. Try adding sparkling water instead of flat water. It will taste like a lemon lime soda. Well that's my opinion about this stuff. I definitely recommend you giving it try.
