Not happy with the brightness.

used and fir perfectly in my Vauxhall Meriva. I would highly recommend replacing both at the same time so you have equal lights and brightness. at the back of the lamp, it has small fans that are activated when you turn the lights on. I have replaced my old halogen bulbs which one had blown. I can confirm that these project slightly further but also the distance seems to be lit up more instead of a small area.they were easy to replace but screowing them into the fitting and plugging into the female plug on the car.

Arrived promptly. They are great. One thing I didn't expect (but it's fairly clearly pointed out): these are BIG compared to normal bulbs. Distance from notch to tip is the same, so they'll fit in any H7 lens, but there is a big heatsink and fan hanging off the back. If your bulbs have a wire clip or not much clearance before the dust cap, they may not fit. They didn't in my Rover 75. I just took the clips off, and they're now held in place with the dust caps. They may jolt free (much heavier than regular bulbs), or they may overheat due to lack of ventilation -- if they do either I'll update this review. If I don't update the review, it's because they were fine. I do 70 miles a day, so if anything is going to happen, it'll probably happen soon.EDIT:Removing the clips caused the car to fail the MOT, which was a huge pain, because getting the clips back in to pass it meant disassembling the front end.

Updated Review after 6 months of UsageStill think the lights look fantastic but after 7, 000km of driving since buying on September 1st and install end of September one one of the lamps has completely failed. Will reach out to seller for a replacement or refund and update again based on that experience bit was expecting more than a few thousand KM's of driving out of them-------Absolutely change the entire look of my XC70's front end. These bulbs are an extremely simple install, remembering that polarity does matter so make sure to test before closing everything up. They care a very clean white and plenty bright.I put these into my reflector style headlights and no only for they keep the same pattern (I was worried about dazzling other drivers) but the light emitted frkmctjrm is much cleaner and direct. Easy to see that they won't cause glare for oncoming road users. Would happily recommend for modernizing and older car.

These bulbs have made a significant improvement to the night vision area of this cars' headlamps.. The factory fitted HB3 bulbs were NOT good and in my opinion may be inadequate for their purpose. I have tried different halogen replacement HB3's with little or no change to the status quo. However, the Hsun LED bulbs top the lot. Fortunately, there is plenty of elbow room to fit a new headlamp bulb into this Kia. . No wiring is needed - just plug the bulb connector into the existing socket (take some care to align the bulb in the housing). Should the bulb not work, turn off main beam, rotate the 2 pin plug 180deg and reconnect. The beam is very white and bright and has a well - defined pattern with no dark areas. Oncoming traffic have not flashed their headlamps so I guess that the luminosity levels and adjustment are OK. As an additional bonus, the Suppliers were also very helpful.Highly Recommended 5*****

Good brightness ,not overpowering but much better than halogen . Fitting was very difficult because the seal was thicker than the one on the original bulbs which prevented the bulb from locating correctly. After about an hour of trying and nearly giving up I swapped the seals with the ones from the old bulbs ,problem solved . No problems with flickering or dash errors so far

They are to long and you do not have clearance on the back!!

Would have liked these to be brighter. On full beam (pivot system main beam) the lights just fades off and isn’t so clean cut.
