I got this to transport my cat to the vet. He is about 10-11lbs, and I found the size was good for him, but for a larger cat, it might be a little small--like a Maine Coon or something probably wouldn't fit. My cat seemed fairly comfortable. He looked outside only briefly but was able to curl up inside and look out the side mesh. He seemed to much prefer this with me walking over using a hard carrier being driven as he always complains when going for a car ride, but I never heard a peep from him when he was on my back! The only thing I don't like is that the straps are hard to adjust because they face the opposite direction compared to a regular backpack. I assume this is to prevent the straps from pulling and lengthening with the weight of the animal, so my advice is just to make sure you adjust it without your pet inside unlike what I tried to do as it's much harder once they're inside! Also, my other note is just to know that when you get it, it might not be obvious how to put the bubble window on. I struggled because there were no instructions, and then I went back on to the product page on Amazon only to discover that there is a video demonstrating how to put it together. That was very helpful!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and size of this carrier. It is big enough for my cat to lie down, but also stand up and look out through the little window. Definitely made trips to the vet more fun!I think it might be a bit more tricky than with a standard carrier to convince your cat to get inside if they're a feisty one - I had no problems though.Definitely worth the purchase to make short trips more fun. Bonus: it looks like a spaceship!

It was relatively comfortable to wear, put an extra blanket inside to make it more comfortable for the cat (Milktash) and she seemed to somewhat enjoy the experience when we took her to the beach, had to spend a week prior putting her in it and feeding her treats, she doesn't like getting in, but I think she seems to prefer it to the regular carrier.All in all the bag is decent quality, rather cheaply made but for the price I can't see it breaking or anything anytime soon, comfortable enough to wear with a 6month old cat in it, but could see it maybe getting uncomfortable to carry over a long period like backpacking due to lack of padding, fine for short journeys though

The media could not be loaded. She hates all cat carriers but this one she tolerates because she can see around her. Very sturdy and one of the few she couldn't manage to escape. She's only a small cat so had plenty of room to lay down or stand up. Great for vet trips

I first saw this item on a Taylor Swift documentary. She takes her cat everywhere in this, even on an aeroplane! Absolutely perfect for our house cat Ragdoll. Now when we take our dog a walk she comes with us. Nice and roomy. First one had a scratch on the viewing window but the company are sending out a whole new backpack. Amazing customer service. Would highly recommend and would definitely buy from again. Must item for all housecats or even as a pet carrier.

I have a TINY cat and she was very cramped. I also don't trust the window not to pop open, it is very flimsy. I will not be using this product and it was a waste of money. It also came VERY scratched.

I like to take my cat Jojo with me whenever I go visit my family, he is quite heavy cat and carrying him for 20 minutes is not ideal 😅 so I thought I will get some backpack and this one was just spot on. I wanted him to see where we are going and be able to check on him while I walk - the backpack is big enough for him - he can lay down and chill while we walk ;-) every time I put him inside it looks like he is ready to go to the moon 🚀 in his very own rocket 😅
