Mockingbird [VINYL]

This is bound to be a classic one day, every song is amazing, written by Grammy award winners Dan Auerbach and Dave "Ferg" Ferguson along with Eric and Leigh Gibson, two-time IBMA Entertainers of the Year and bluegrass royalty with the best harmonies in the biz, along with studio musicians who have contributed to dozens if not hundreds of gold and platinum records. This album is a lost sound. If you can find it on vinyl still, grab it! And if you're fortunate enough to catch these guys live, go for it! You won't be disappointed with either decision I assure you.

Whether you like this album musically or not is not the point of my review. The quality of the vinyl pressing is crystal clear and is beautifully mastered for vinyl. Glad amazon had this product for prime shipping. Just wish it came with more than a basic paper inner sleeve, but I'll take a quality pressing as priority any day.

Not what I expected from the Gibson Bros. It isn't my cup of tea from one of my favorite bluegrass artist. I was disappointed.
