Scientifically Proven Results---Finally!
These cards are invaluable. As a kid, we purchased general index cards to make flash cards. They are lined, which makes them perfect for customizing your flash cards.Many years later (I won't specify how many), these cards showed up when I began searching for flash cards. These are colorful, making studying much easy if you can associate colors with words and their terms. It's been scientifically proven that our brains retain information when we associate specific facts attached to colors.As a college student, I am using these to get me through a very difficult Introduction to Humanities II class that I have absolutely no interest in. With the technology of today, you purchase digital flash cards. Call me old fashioned, but that's NOT going to work for me. These do; add a little but of desire to win this class over, and I'm remembering not only definitions to words, but specific points to their origins and 'little known facts'.To sum it up, these cards will always be used in my family. They are effective, useful and even better with the colors added. This was a very smart move made by the manufacturer. Now, my kids are using the same cards and it's working like a charm!

True to the colors shown in the pictures.. I got these's for a bridal shower game. They are not as strong as regular card stock..Its in between regular paper and card stock. I taped them to a color card stock and they look perfect.I gave it a 4 stars because I was expecting it to be like card stock. They were shipped very nicely and very quick.

Decent product
I like my recipe cards. They could be thicker, because they are super thin, but they were a decent price, they are thick enough that you can't see ballpoint pen ink from the back side showing through (definitely can see sharpie and other markers) and there was a nice number of them in the packet.I do wish they were wider ruled, but thats a relatively minor nitpick of mine.I guess if I run out, I might order these again, but its important to note that if you think these sre made of normal 3x5 or 4x6 note card stock, they are absolutely NOT. These are much more flimsy, but they get the job done and the different colors makes it a snap tp find a certain recipe from above when you browse the recipe box, if you have them sorted by color. A whole rainbow of colors would be awesome to be able to have because then theres a different color for breads, casseroles, spups, salads, meats, appetizers, beverages and desserts.My packet of cards was shipped fast, undamaged and packaged well.
