Great charger. Works really well with iPhone 11.

I should have returned this but it is too late now. It does not work well. It loses contact even when I take the case off which I do not want to do each time I charge. I often put my phone on to charge at 15 - 25 per cent and it pops on and makes the sound of charging, but when I come back to it 2 hours later it has lost contact and only charged up by maybe 10 per cent. Often I put it on the stand and I can't get it to make contact at all. It is an awful product because I can't rely on it. I have given up with it but was impressed by its super slick looks. I now use it as a stand which is a waste of space on the desk - a real waste of money - but as I said I should have returned it

Excellent charger that looks great.

Easy to set up. Hopefully lasts longer than the traditional charging wires. I don’t miss having to buy them anymore. I do feel like it was expensive, hopefully if it lasts a few years it will be worth it. I have it on my bed side cabinet, it charges. It does it’s jobs. It looks nice and better than just a normal wire when not in use. The thing I hate about it though is the charging light it gives off. It’s at the back, yet bounces off the walls. I hate light pollution while sleeping. I’ve had to cover it so it isn’t so bright. If you’re the type of person that hates the light from the TV standby or a smoke detector in a hotel room like me - then it will irritate you. I think I was too excited by having a new wireless charging phone so rushed to buy it. It does what it’s designed to do, which is great! (Star off for price and for light pollution) Edit: Native Union contacted me and issued me with a £5.99 refund. Which is kind of them, they didn’t have to.

This product does not work. It shows that its working for one second and then, nothing. I try moving it around around, to the left and to right, still, nothing! This is just not a good product or perhaps is it that I got a defective unit?

Unfortunately, this is not a good wireless charger. It's almost impossible to position my iPhone in the precise location required for it to charge (and it really must be precise, there's no wriggle-room for error). The charging indicator is located on the rear of the charger, so it's not possible to see if the phone is in the wrong position (a white LED indicates a correct position, a red one indicates the wrong position). I understand that some people might not want to have an LED on the front of the charger, as this may disrupt sleep. However, I've used the charger for over two months, and at least half of the times I've been greeted in the morning with a red LED and a mobile with almost zero charge. I've bought Native Union products in the past and have been impressed with their premium build quality and performance. However, this charger is not one of them. I'm always reluctant to leave poor reviews of products, but I don't do so out of spite, but more in the hope that reviews like this may encourage Native Union to improve this product.

It has a really high quality, but I though a little overpriced! But the fabric is really good, the color is perfect, the base is heavy and does not fall, and the cable is really strong! Just not happy with the light when its charging, it bothers me up to sleep so I had to put a tape on it ( but nothing that compromises the product quality) And sometimes with apple case it does not charge, I need to put it exactly on the middle and double check if it is charging. But its worth it! I have now more space on my bed side table, and can watch series on my phone while charging!

2 sec to set up, looks great on my desk, holds my phone well in both horizontal and vertical positions. I set my phone to mute and vibrate when I have the sound off and when on my desk would be an irritating buzzing noise as it vibrated. The material of this product absorbs the sound so it is not disturbing while I am on calls.
