Q: Can I fly with it in my carryon?

I have a couple of times but only without the knife incorporated into the blades. I have two of the old kind that have a knife blade on them. I do not try to take that type on a plane. You should always ask before taking it on a plane because they have sharp pointy ends and can easily be confiscated. It can make getting your pants rehooked a problem if TSA snatches your tools. They simply do not care if you have had neuropathy or not.
