Works Perfectly
I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these. I'm not great at mincing, I'm slow with the knife and have to keep rearranging the cloves on my board. This is so much easier, by far. It's heavyweight and solid to hold, not light and plastic-y. So glad I finally got this.

Love the slicer!
I love garlic, but I don’t really enjoy pressed garlic. I feel like it burns and gets bitter. Having the slicer feature on this press is a winner. I get perfect slices of garlic, and my hands don’t smell like garlic.

So so
It did make nice juicy minced garlic. It was however, hard to clean, and pretty imperfect. When using the slicer, the sliced bulbs stuck to the device, so I had to use a knife to cut it off the bottom of the slicer. Then when using the mincer, it did mince some of the garlic, but I again had to use a knife to cut it off the mincer. After that, inside the mincer was a squished paste of garlic that didn't go through the mincer. So all in all most of the garlic you're trying to use doesn't become nice juicy minced garlic... I felt obligated to mention these issues I had with it and I hope the seller looks into making it more perfect, as freshly minced garlic will always taste better than the jarred stuff.

horrible
High hopes for this. Was a gift for my brother and while cooking a meal at his home, tried to use this press. Horrified and embarrassed that even with as much force as I could muster, the garlic would not press. I apologized and if I were in the return window, would def. send this back. Do not buy.

Not a safe product
After the first use of the slicer part (which was thoroughly washed), bunch of metal shavings / flakes was found on the garlic slices, see pictures. This is asking for a lawsuit , not just a negative review. Not a safe product to use.

Great Quality
This garlic press did surprisingly well for my Thanksgiving cooking! The quality is really good despite the cheap price. Cuts out the extra few minutes for mincing garlic which makes a huge difference when you have a lot of cooking to do.

Amazing, happy I chose this.
Super easy to use, very durable and I love the way it slices the garlic... my wife and I enjoy cooking and use garlic as an ingredient often. This press was easy to clean, and it has a great feel to it... not super heavy where if you drop it, it will break what ever you drop it on. Great durability, and it easily is becoming one of my favorite tools of the kitchen.

Super sturdy
I have had many garlic presses over the years. They usually last less than a year. This one is super strong and sturdy. Love that it also can slice garlic. Thought the peeler thing would be silly but it actually pretty good. It's a little hard to clean, but as long as you do that relatively soon after pressing or slicing your garlic (the little plastic thing to shove through the holes is a MUST), it's not too bad. I use this bugger at least once a week and after about a year and a half, it's still doing just what it should. Highly recommend.
