Popbands Essential Hair Bands, Crease Free Hair Ties, Candy Floss Pink (Pack of 3)

Bit disappointed in the colour received as it looks different from the website. The band that is meant to be grey is actually pale pink :-( They are also much smaller than previous Popbands I have had, which is useless for my hair. Disappointed

Love these. Don't leave a kink in my hair and look good on my wrist too.

It does the job but it does leave a kink.

Arrived today and are as expected. Will purchase more in different colours in the future to add to my collection.

I was asked if I’d like to review Popband Essentials Ponytail Holders - Material Girl, so I said yes, as I have used these in the past, (Popbands have been on sale about a year).These are a new style of hair bobble. When they arrive, they are in a clear plastic case. The bobbles are on a white card so they show up well and look very eye catching. Also on the card you are given a little bit of information about them. You can also wear these on your wrist like a friendship band.This pack of hair bobbles include one of each of the following colour: - Silver, Black Lace Print on White, Black. In all you get a total of three.OK, onto the bobble, (or Popband as the company calls them). They are very soft and stretchy.They come in lots of different colours and different styles and can be worn by youngsters, teenagers and women.You can use them whilst doing all kinds of sport and for everyday use. Popbands will hold up both thick and fine hair.The company states “No dent' hair ties that hold ponytails up tight, leave hair kink-free when you let it down. Popbands won't pull or damage hair like some hair bands.”Bobbles I have used in the past have pulled a little of my hair out. Popbands do exactly as the company stated, they didn’t pull any of my hair out. Which is great. :-)Now I always have to have a bobble tight due to my hair being long, soft and fine.So I used the popband two different ways. The first was when I have a long ponytail so the bobble is at the top of the back of my head, and the other is when the ponytail starts at the top of my neck. Besides that I also used it when my hair had just been washed and dried by a hair dryer and on my hair that had been dry for over 24 hours.It left my hair with a slight kink, but I can say it was nowhere near as bad as when I use a normal bobble.I hand wash them when they get dirty and I dry them on the washing line outside or by putting them on the maiden in the airing cupboard.The kids love them and are happy as unlike their normal bobbles they don’t pull their hair when you take the Popbands out.The kids also like the different styles, they can wear them for school, when playing out, for going out and they like wearing them as friendship bands.So I can safely say the kids think the Popbands are great and I like them as well. :-)

Popbands are soft, stretchy hairbands. We received the pack labelled, “Cheerleader,” but these come in many different colours and styles. As in this pack, you usually get two plain colours and one which is patterned. The Popbands arrive packaged nicely on a white card and there was one silver/white band, one light green and one mid-blue with silver stars. However, you can pretty much find a pack which will match any outfit you want and my only, minor criticism, is that there are not packs with matching bands (it would be nice to have 4 in a pack and at least 2 matching, for bunchies or plaits – of course, you can always buy two of the same packs).That said, these are soft and gentle on my daughter’s long, fine hair. The bands do not leave a kink in the hair when you remove them and they do not hurt when you pull them free. You can wear them on your wrist if you take them out and I find they keep their shape best if you use the cards to store them. My daughter loves these – they are pretty, hold her hair well and are comfortable.
