I like the shampoo, but 4 stars because it arrived not packaged well and some of the shampoo had leaked onto the bottle and little bit of craft paper. The pump does not work. Difficult to push down and then have to manually pull it back up. Barely get any shampoo out with a faulty pump. But, yes, the shampoo works well.

We’ve had this long enough that I feel comfortable leaving a review: I am P I C K Y when it comes to food & topical products. This was a recommendation based off the clean ingredient list so I thought I’d give it a go. My hair feels so clean, so soft. My wavy hair texture has started to come back!! One of the best shampoos I have ever used. Doesn’t leave my hair feeling heavy like olaplex, it really does feel like it is thickening my hair. When you first rinse it out, it does make your hair have some friction to the touch when still wet, but after drying I feel a natural amount of good oil come back, my roots do not feel overly dry. Where I used to be back to greasy next morning, I can now easily go 3+ days between washes if I use a bit of dry shampoo powder on the last day, even in this summer heat! The scent is not strong (which I love) but what little there is smells lovely! I have all the same high praise for the volumizing rosemary conditioner, which I chose to buy alongside this, too! Also, my husband uses this product, he has a thinner hair texture than I do and trends to the greasier side since he’s a tradesman and is getting gross at work every day lol. He loves it too! Came very well and safely wrapped. Cant say the same about the conditioner bottle, the pump compressed a bit leaving some leakage but not much and bottle is still perfectly fine! Other than that, highly recommend!!

Hi all!! I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so about this amazing shampoo. This is the second time I have bought this, and I don't think I want to try anything else again. The first time I bought this shampoo, I was searching for something for my thin, long hair that might help it feel fuller and healthier. My first impression was that it was very heavy on the essential oils, and thusly it took awhile for me to get used to the smell as it's pretty strongly herbal. I liked the consistency and lathering, and for me I use a pump and a half to lather up my thin, waist-length hair. I have not had any issues with lather, but I have very hard water so that may help where others have had issues. It took me a long time to get through the first bottle, washing my hair daily, and when that was gone I was ready to try something else. I picked up a different brand from Amazon, and while using the different shampoo, I realized that this shampoo with it's extreme amount of essential oils was keeping my on again off again dandruff at bay!! My dandruff was coming back when I switched, so after using most of the new shampoo I placed an order for my second bottle of this one. When I received the second bottle, it came packed very well, no leaking or anything, and when I pumped some product in the shower I was met by the old familiar heavy essential oil smell that I knew was going to keep my scalp and hair healthy. It was like seeing an old friend again. I can't speak for the biotin making my hair stronger or anything like that, but it cleans well, leaves it shiny and pretty, and is an all around great shampoo. I don't want to use anything else anymore, and I will be trying the matching conditioner once I'm done with my massive sized grocery store brand. I want to speak about those claiming chemical burns. I have NOT had this experience, but as I mentioned before, this shampoo contains heavy amounts of essential oils. If you are sensitive, I'd probably skip this one, but it works for me with no adverse effects. Even though essential oils are natural, that doesn't mean natural botanicals are without side effects. I wish I could give this shampoo more than five stars, it will always be my favorite.

If I could rate it a 0 I would!!! Where do I begin…. I have beautiful thick and long hair that goes past my bottom, and I have been using shampoo bars which are AMAZING! But I wanted to try something different( huge mistake on my end)!! And I saw this shampoo and gave it a try. I loved the “organic part” This shampoo smells amazing that is the only positive aspect about it! This shampoo completely stripped my Natural oils which caused my scalp to be so sore!! My scalp feels like I got hit in the head and it’s so tender now. I never shed and Oh my! The amount of hair I lost from using this shampoo for only a week is insane. I want to cry. Tons of hair I lost. Overall this shampoo is HORRIBLE. I repeat HORRIBLE. Causes severe hair loss and shedding as well as too harsh chemicals in the ingredients which caused severe scalp irritation and damage. I returned it immediately and got a a refund. Please save your money and time and hair health and look elsewhere! This shampoo ain’t it.

Update after 1month of regular use: I realized that it makes my scalp dry, very flaky, and itchy!! Come to find out, they put sulfates as one of the first ingredients. Ugh. Now I have a huge bottle that I can no longer use. Amazing shampoo, observed after a couple of washes that: - reduce hair fall - does not strip out too much oil. My hair felt softer after washing. - gives good lather, a little goes a long way - reduced tangling issue for my long hair - smells good, not overpowering - reduced frizziness - no more flakiness in my scalp
