We really enjoyed having this tripod for lots of video calls. However in just a few months one of the legs broke off. Just like that. And since it’s not sold by amazon, I couldn’t get a refund. I do hope it was a single case, but it doesn’t help my Situation.Update: the seller sent us a replacement! Plus a star for customer service.

I just got two weeks ago this product. Compare to extra same amount other product it is very less function and way to use. Even it says free return but free return only one amazon location that at Brooklyn. WHAT A RIDICULOUS. I live in NJ. And other real free return amazon drop off location i have to pay 5.99 additionally. what a trick free return and even worst , Look at that photo. After two week it completely broken.Do not ever never buy this item. how can even this product is amazon choice. Unbelievable.I also usually refer to amazon choice items but won't trust again ever.

I honestly got this product for the head attachment for the phone. I had purchased a larger tripod a month ago, and I dropped that piece on one of my outings. I was so annoyed. I didn't want to purchase just the head attachment, because it was about the same price as if I purchased this item.Turns out, I use this tripod pretty often now. It's because it's small and convenient to carry around. The legs are flexible and it's easy to hold for selfies/vlogging.The issue I have is it's not very good at holding a tablet. It can do it, but it's not super sturdy, so I wouldn't recommend.I'm currently using Samsung Note 9, the head attachment is at it's limit trying to hold my phone, but it works since I'm using a thin case. I have a thicker case on my note 8, and the case has to come off when I want to take pics with it.Overall, it's affordable and it works.

Your product is very bad...the first time it broke the legs after a few uses, then I decided to give another chance, and after a few weeks it broke the top (my brand new phone got all cracked and broken, whn your product broke...probably 500$ to fix it) tried to ask for a refund but I think it was over time already... it should be more time available for returns and refunds for bad products like yours ..I have never left a bad review in my life...but this time I felt like I have to prevent people from losing money buying this thing.

Just received it! I am a new youtuber (Honeythap0et) and was looking for a good vlogging Tripod. The material was different and better than I expected. I thought it was going to be a plastic material. It’s very sturdy! I think I am missing a part of the Tripod where I insert my phone because I have to open it with my hands instead of using the knob to twist it open like I do my regular Tripod. I hope the sensor can send me the piece that is missing , would really help. Other than that, I like it so far.

I needed a little portable tripod and this is exactly what I was looking for. Its super lightweight and compact. It has flexible legs and holds my iPhone Plus easily. You can mount the phone holder vertically or horizontally. Comes with a Bluetooth remote that works well. I’ve been using for FaceTime calls and shooting content. If you’re looking for a small affordable tripod this does the trick!

If you need a small tabletop smartphone tripod, this is it! I’ve returned multiple tripods, this is the only tripod that actually worked and felt sturdy. It can be folded and adjusted in multiple ways and used to wrap around objects with no problem, thanks to the flexible legs. It helps to take shots/videos from a variety of angles that would be impossible or impractical when holding device in your hand. It’s pretty durable, but also portable (super lightweight and compact). The only downside is that you can’t use this tripod for traditional camera. It is smaller than usual heavy duty tripods and won’t hold that much weight, but it’s great for smartphones though! I just couldn’t manage to place my phone vertically, not sure how. So keep that in mind, maybe it’s not meant for vertical phone placement. But I may be wrong.Overall it’s great, and works perfectly for my Zoom meetings and video calls. It also costs much less than other similar products on Amazon. It handles my IPhone XR with no issues. I hope this helps!

This tripod is the perfect size for traveling, and when you don't want to pull out the big tripod. The legs wrap around almost anything. Note that you have to be extremely careful when bending the legs. Especially at the top of the legs. The bendable aluminum(?) rod inside the legs will snap (esp at the top of leg where there's more force when bending) easily if you're not careful. Outside of that, it is a great product! Just be careful of the top of legs when bending them. Mine snapped shortly after I got it. It may have been defective. The seller was great in working with me on it!
