It tastes a little funny but I like it... Wheatgrass has lots of Fibre which I take a little less. I prefer this one because it also has lemon and aloe vera, which everyone knows is best for your skin. Should give it a try... And yes drink this empty stomach in the morning,feels refreshing 🌸✨😆
