If you work with car audio, you need noise dampening. Dynamat is the best
This stuff works great to help silence vibrations and rattles in a vehicle. I am always ordering more as I take more of my van apart and seal it. This works great for a single door. If you need to do a whole vehicle, buy an xtreme pack of dynamat as you will need far more than two sheets.

Great all around for sound systems.
Used this to install my subwoofer box against the body and behind the cargo area panel. I also used it to seal the subwoofer box where I had to cut for adjustments.

No more rattle
2006 Nissan Frontier: took off my door panel and cut the mat to fit in the space behind the speaker. shape the mat to fit whatever lies behind, and you’re set. also taped wires down so they wouldn’t smack the door. rattle is gone instantly and the sound stays in my truck. very cheap as you don’t need that much of it. glad i went with this kit rather than the $80 one
