Great for cocktails
One of my favourite bitters for cocktails. Has cinnamon and aniseed hints. Goes in my manhattans with orange bitters instead of angostura, gives a more complex, deep taste.

I love Peychaud and always try to keep some on the shelf next to Angostura, perfect in a Old Fashioned, Manhattan (I often use both Angostura and this for some cocktails) or splashed into gin or vodka.
