Mixed bag
Bought two of these. One arrived without the ferrule and compression nut...? The other arrived fine but instead I needed a 1/4" compression union, not 1/4" NPT male...

Are these seconds?
I bought two of these. One worked, one didn't. Both required the nut's opening to be enlarged with a file to get it to fit over the tubing, while the ferrel fit fine.The crowning glory was the threads of the nut weren't the same pitch as the fitting - so it was useless.We must assume these are seconds that a supply company or distributor rejected, and they're selling them one by one on Amazon instead.

im not sure who can't figure this out but I've ordered a bunch of these and exactly half of them keep showing up missing the female piece!

Missing pieces
First order was missing a few collars and ferrules but I let it slide. Second order again was missing pieces. I realize this can happen w/ small component parts, but for it to consistently happen is bad news. The price is still cheaper than the hardware store, I'll just have to take the money I saved and go buy the pieces I didn't receive.

Quality part, use copper insert on nylon tubes
Quality part, do not over tighten. Use a copper insert on nylon tube or it will leak.
