Very nice quality and construction. Heavy fabric, but soft and flexible too.Quite large. Going to get several more for gifts and me.Comes thru the wash without needing ironing.

They looked like the photos, fine there. I bought this type specifically because I wanted to be able to easily toss in the W&D. But they come back the WRINKLIEST EVER! Totally not stoked. IRONING placemats, for real? so I did that ridiculous task, for longer than I would a couple dress shirts.. and they're still wrinkly afterwards. Not pleased. Regrets.

With the exception of just one small issue, I really like these placemats. The style is simple, yet enough to bring in some charm. The fabric is soft and irons easily. The size is great, not too big, not too small. I had only one problem, and that is that one placemat had a minor stitching error on the pocket which is noticeable (see picture). I'm hoping that the company will replace that one for me as it is noticeable. Other than that, I am very happy with these placemats.

I like them but they are large and very stiff. May be better after washing.

I use cast iron pans for much of my cooking. These potholders are thick enough to protect my hands from the hot handles.
