We just need something to take the morning chill out of a large high ceiling room. At first I was disappointed to see how small this heater was, figuring it would never make a dent in the cold. Actually it has out preformed any space heater we have ever used. Simple to set up, easy features, quick to heat, I would highly recommend this heater to anyone!

I really like how small and efficient is this product, is powerful enough to warm the room . I am also really glad that it comes with a fan setting, so it versatile. I will be recommending it to friends!

It’s a powerful little heater. It has a temp control which is great. And very sensitive tip shut off which is comforting. I’m a light sleeper so it is a bit loud and wakes me up. But that’s the only negatives.

We got this to make sure that our babies nursery stays at the optimal temperature now that it is cold outside. It works great, is super quiet, and is not hot to the touch. I would definitely recommend this product!

Update - 2019.12.20Now, only the power button is reliable working. The other 4 aren't consistently working, which makes this unit useless if you can't turn on the heat, set a temperature, at a minimum. Setting the timer and even 'swivel' are nice options that should work, but the basics aren't working. This is very disappointing for this to have only lasted a hair over a year.Update - 2019.12.17Two days ago, the touch panel that controls On/Off, Intensity, Temperature, Timer, Swivel/Hold, 2 out of these 5 buttons continued to work, but the other three stopped working. They are 'touch sensitive', and I thought maybe it was me, or my skin, or static, or something, but, it worked fine one day (I use this unit daily - A/C can sometimes be overly intense in the office, and during the winter, it's cold) and the next day, 3 of the items (Intensity, Temperature, Swivel/Hold) stopped working. It has been flakey on/off the last two days. That's too bad. It's otherwise been a great unit, but now it looks I will lose some of the functionality. Just a little over a year later from when I bought it.===originally purchased on Nov 24, 2018===Great easy to use product. Would have been nice if it could retain the settings when you pick it up or after it turns off. You must re-chose the temperature and the shut off time, etc.

Bought this heater for a small office in our basement, just needed to take the chill off. This heater is working out quite well and is doing the trick. It's so quiet that at first I was thinking it wasn't on, but it is and definitely worked as promised. I really like the feature of the automatic thermostat so that I don't have to keep messing with it. Just set the desired temp and forget about it. Being that it's in the basement I also was happy to see the safety features this heater offered. Would highly recommend!

Cons:1. The fan is pretty noisy and noisier when using the heater function.2.When using the oscillating function with heat, it does not stop going back and forth even when the heat has reached your desired temperature. The fan stops but the motion continues left to right for no reason.3. When selecting a temperature you can only go one direction. So start if you want it to set at 75, start pressing a button at 58 and if you miss 75, cycle to 85 to reset at starting point 58 and press the same button over and over to get back to 75 etc.Pros:1. You get what you pay for.2. If you need white noise, this baby has it along with other colorful noises.3. Puts out good heat.

This product was a large mistake and on top of that I threw the box away and will have to eat the loss. The controls are confusing, take a long time to work when pushed or touched, and it blew fuses where my older Honeywell heater did not. I would not recommend this product for any in house use.
