I like that the formula is preservative free, which is helpful if you use drops frequently or have sensitive eyes. The single use vials are convenient and hygienic. They are easy to twist open, and one vial usually gives me enough liquid for both eyes, sometimes with a bit left over. For travel, they pack easily in a pocket or small pouch without worrying about a bottle leaking. The tradeoff is more plastic waste compared with a larger bottle, but for me the sterility and portability are worth it. It‘s great eye drops for daily use. I have used it for a long time since my eyes are often dry due to the laser surgery. There are no preservatives, so we can use it every day.

These Refresh Plus eye drops work really well for relieving dry, irritated eyes. I have pretty sensitive eyes and was specifically looking for a preservative-free option, so these single-use vials were perfect. The drops are soothing, not greasy, and provide quick relief, especially after long hours on the computer or in dry environments. I love that the individual containers are hygienic and easy to carry — great for travel or keeping a few in my bag or car. They’re also really easy to open and use. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 just because the vials sometimes still have a little leftover, and since they're single-use, it feels a bit wasteful to throw out unused product. It would be great if they could be resealable. That said, these are some of the best preservative-free drops I’ve used, and I’ll definitely keep buying them.

Love that they’re small enough to fit in my pocket like I could carry them around when my eyes get dry. I have TED and it helps. I would recommend for anybody that needs it worth the money.
