Great garden toy
Bought this for my grandchildren to play with while visiting in the summer and it was a great success. Good for both solo playing and with a partner of all ages and abilities.Multi uses - eg. Chilling out meditatively, working off aggression, as well as just good fun. Also survived several weeks of rough play in all weathers.Recommended

Great fun!!
I'm known amongst my friends for being clumsy and generally unfit.I can't play tennis for toffee and so I decided to get this to improve my hand/eye co-ordination and to also get a bit of a workout.Easy to assemble and you can alter the height of the pole and the length of the twine to suit.I've found it great on my own (the neightbours get value for money entertainment too) and when I played friends and family at the weekend I had an even better time.Added bonus - my brother pointed out it's another way of aerating the lawn as it can get loose and need moving if you are playing a hard hitting game and/or have soft soil.I love this and wonder how I got to 40 without having owned one before.

Good fun but let down slightly by cheap design.
Good fun for all ages. It was well packaged and easy to assemble. It's durable and withstood some very aggressive play from drunken adults. The only complaint is the top spring design, I had one of these when I was a kid that was made of metal and the action was slick and smooth, this one is made of cheap plastic and it catches the chord easily which stops play regularly.Overall good value for the money and hours for fun for kids and adults alike.

FLIMSY
I purchased this for a bit of fun in the garden. It is not as i remember it as a child. Not sure if it's still made by the same people? But it is flimsy and not very super, all the metal parts have been replaced by plastic apart from the spike that you insert in the ground. It broke after just an hour....

Grow with swingball
The orginal and best. Adjustable for a range of player heights from about 5 or 6 upwards. Good light bats, and easy to adjust string length, durable-looking spike on pole that goes into the turf. A good garden investment.
