I purchased this set of socks and shinguards for my child to wear in a recreational soccer league. This review incorporates kiddo's feedback after a few practices and games wearing the set.PROS:* Great, lightweight shinguards fit well under the socks and create a nice ensemble for a child. The shinguards are made of a light, formed plastic that avoids additional weight or bulk that feel uncomfortable for a player unused to wearing guards.* The stretchy bands holding the guards on create a snug fit that expands well. We didn't have to fuss with adjusting the guards during play.* Easy to wash! You know why this matters if your child plays in a bog, which is what we call our local field.* Comfy socks that fit snug and don't fall down during the game.DRAWBACKS:Sizing: Definitely consider sizing up slightly if you're on the cusp of one size or another. The socks are tall and narrow, so the extra stretch may be worth it for a growing child.Lightweight: Again, the shinguards are pretty lightweight so if you have a player who beats their stuff up or needs additional protection, you might want to consider a different model that's thicker/tougher.

For a first time soccer learning kid, these were more than sufficient. We plan to buy nicer ones once he advances further in the game. These will definitely work for a season for two.

Fit my daughter as mentioned in the title great. Still room to grow into them but the socks keeps the shin guards secure the entire time she's running around and falling down. They must be comfortable enough because they don't seem to bother her and she doesn't even seem to notice she's wearing them. She looks super cute running around with the other little ones but looks super sporty too.

My grandbaby was able to wear these for his soccer game, and they worked out great

They fit my kids well. Yes, the Velcro slips a little and the socks get tired after a few uses but for the price I think you are getting a great value.
