Excellent
Very satisfied with these. Used them skiing multiple days in a row without charging them. Super intuitive buttons, and very satisfied with the sound quality for the price point.

Sound, quality, battery, features - All good
Use these in my ski helmet, they connect to wifi phone, and work great. Charge last many days of skiing.

Great for the mountain, just wish the bass hit harder.
I got the Wildhorn Alta Wireless Bluetooth Headphones for my boyfriend’s birthday, and they were a solid choice for the entire snowboarding season. After months of riding, they held up without a single issue, proving their durability and reliability in cold conditions.Performance & Battery LifeBattery life exceeded expectations—held charge all day on the mountain, even with extended use.Sound quality is decent, delivering clear audio while riding. The glove-friendly controls made adjustments quick and easy, even while wearing heavy winter gloves.Areas for ImprovementThe one thing I wish was better? Bass performance. While the audio is clear, it lacks depth in the lower frequencies, so if you love strong bass, you might notice the difference.Final ThoughtsFor snowboarding or skiing, the Wildhorn Alta is a fantastic, dependable option. It keeps up with long mountain sessions, is comfortable, and works seamlessly inside a helmet. While it could use a bass boost, for functionality and reliability, it’s a strong pick for winter sports.

BEST! Bluetooth headphones for snowboarding/skiing
The media could not be loaded. Ok I came back just to review these after using these all last season & using them yesterday because I found myself enjoying them so much! And no, this isn’t your typical AI-generated Amazon review ;)Tried several pairs of Bluetooth headphones & were disappointed with either sound, battery life, bluetooth connectivity - after reading the positive reviews, decided to pull the trigger at around $100 last year.Compared to other similar products I’ve tried, these are the best in quality & absolutely worth the $. I like listening to more bass heavy music while riding (EDM, hip hop) and these definitely do it justice, are some of the FEW headphones that offer a nice bass response, volume gets nice and loud, controls are easy to click, BT connectivity is stable and consistent and has a great battery life. Essentially all the functions you want in a speaker that is designed to fit in the helmet. Now all the reviews mentioning the sound is flat, thin, lack of bass clearly are not getting a proper fit with their helmet/ear. If the speakers are too far from your ear & have a load of padding on the way, of course they’re going to sound dull/flat. Make sure you use these with the right audio capable helmet/ear pads and you’ll definitely appreciate the sound quality. To note, I used to have them in my Smith Mission helmet but found it a bit uncomfortable after some time (due to lack of any padding between the speakers and my ear) so switched to a audio capable helmet from Amazon and now I get to enjoy riding with high quality music which makes the experience so much more enjoyable.I do agree the micro USB charging is a bit outdated, but I’m sure they are planning on upgrading the tech in their next version of this speaker :). But Wildhorn has definitely earned a supporter/fan for this product!

Sound is great. Easy large buttons. Great battery life.
Sound is fantastic. Large buttons are easily used even with my mittens on. Just so happy with these after years of struggling with ear buds and wired earphones. So happy with them. Battery seems to last a long time. Slid right in my Smith Vantage helmet.

Time will tell.
Pairs with the iPhone with no issues. Not great sound quality but it will do. I plan to use this with the Carv app and slip it in my helmet. A little bit of pressure on the ears but nothing that would be painful. We will see how long this lasts out on the slopes.

Best Ski/Snowboard Helmet Bluetooth Speakers Ever!
I've owned several other ski/snowboard helmet compatible bluetooth speakers before and this is by far the best one on the market.Yes, it's better than Sena, Outdoor Technologies, etc. It's great for phone calls as well as audio. The best part is its battery life since it will last up to about 10 hours on a single charge. All the other speakers don't come close to it's performance or price. Therefore, if you're looking for speakers, look no further and just do yourself the biggest favor by getting these. You won't regret it. Enjoy!

Beeping drives me crazy
I have gone through two pairs of Outdoor Tech 2.0 Ski Helmet speakers. On the first set, the left speaker died after 1 season. The other set still works ok for now but the dainty/fragile wires have pulled almost all the way out exposing the copper wiring from removing them from my relatively tight ski helmet ear pockets at the end of every ski day. So I thought I would give this brand a shot. They appear to have much sturdier construction and everything was fine except they BEEP ALL THE TIME, which drives me absolutely crazy! I listen to Sirius radio or podcasts when skiing and about 3/4 of the way down the run or 3/4 the way up the chair they beep 10 times. Sometimes they would beep softly just loud enough to interfere with the music or words and other times they would beep very loudly like a panic warning which was very disturbing in the middle of a run. And to be fair to tje Wo;djprm his brand, I switched back and forth between the old ODTs and the Wildhorns, with the exact same iphone and Sirius radio channel and the ODT brand. did not beep onceI tried to interact with customer service to see if there was some setting on my phone or on the earphones which might be causing this but all they could say was send them in for a warranty claim. Since I bought them on Amazon my only choice was to return them for a refund. I highly doubt this was a warranty issue since they did not seem defective it seemed like a setting or design issue but I will never know. So now having had 2 bad experiences with ODT and 1 with Wildhorn I don't know what to do for next season.
