[Upgrade Version] DIY CNC Router Kits, MYSWEETY 3018 GRBL Control 3 Axis Wood Carving Milling Engraving Machine (Working Area 30x18x4.5cm, 110V-240V)

After 2 months I put the collet bit holder on. Now I have a bad vibrations and noise is bad. How due I resolve the problem. I have used several bit with the Brass couple and motor and craving have gone well.Thanks for any help or email address for help

This mill is surprisingly stout, especially for the money. The accessories and upgraded components are probably worth it if you plan on stressing the mill/engraver with some harder materials. Rather than 3d printed parts, the plastic parts are probably some kind of PVC based on the feel.With that said, the extruded aluminum parts are up to a few mm difference in length. While this sounds inconsequential, when assembling a relatively high precision machine it makes things a little wild when trying to square up and true all sides to each other. To keep the spindle/z-axis square to the bed, I had to lower one side of the upper overhead post to level my travel across the bed.The software that comes with the mill is 'meh' quality. I've moved on to different grbl compatible CAM software and updated the controller firmware.The ER11 collet chuck works well. I've got no previous experience with collet chucks, but I cannot see any discernible wobble after installing and test cuts look nice.The z-axis does not appear to have a bearing surface or structure to tie down the end opposite the stepper. I'm not sure it makes that much of a difference for my use, but I'm sure it could allow for some deflection given the right pressures/strain.Despite the machine's shortcomings, I find good value in it at the price point. I only knocked a star off for the power cable provided. It is a Euro cable and I had to cannibalize a power cable from a seldom used computer to get things turned on. Other machine similar to this one include the adapter or a US power cable, this one does not.

I received the cnc router. All looks to be there but I dont have a parts list to be sure. Tried to fund some instructions to assemble but all I find is a couple pictures and a sentence on each one. Definitely not easy to build with no instructions. After an hour I have all the pieces back apart and ready to ship back. Tried looking at the software but it just crashes my PC. No way it will work with what I have. And then it comes from a US warehouse with a Euro plug. I travel alot so have the adapter but why dont you send this with a us plug when you're warehouse is in the US

Was expecting higher quality for this "Upgrade" version. Only shipped with European cord. Never received a US cord after contacting seller, who said he would ship the correct cord. Very sloppy z-axis even after replacing bearings. Lead screws not straight.Not impressed. Don't waste your money.
