Love this so much! Runs true to size which was a huge relief (I ordered the 5/6). I love that this is a 2 piece costume so my son can wear it to school on Halloween and easily use the potty! The head band fits him well too, its a nice light stretchy material, same as the costume. The accessories are cool too, the treasure map doesn't tear easily which is nice, its a sort of laminated paper. The only negative is the sword is a little flimsy (this was expected) especially if your kiddo is tough on things, the blade wobbles... so will just be putting some gorilla glue where the blade connects the handle just to reinforce it. I've gone through a few costumes for my son over the past few years for Halloween, Renaissance festivals etc. and the overall quality, practicality and soft material of this one blew me away, especially for the price. The is definitely the pirate costume to get!!!

I bought the costume for my nephew. It fits great. He wore it to pirate night on his first Disney Cruise.

I was looking for a pirate costume for my son for our Disney Cruise, but did not want to spend a lot of money since this may be a one time wear. I also wanted something decently nice opposed to a simple screened costume on a unitard. This was perfect. I saw a lot of positive reviews and saw that it came with a few accessories. It was perfect and my son loved it. He said this may even be his Halloween costume this year (win!). My son is currently a boys size 6, so I wasn't sure which size to get. I decided bigger was better and went with the 7-8. I am glad I did. Everything fit him perfectly. Great costume for the price!

I purchased this about 2 months ago. My son wears it almost daily. It has held up in the wash and fits great. He is 6 and wears a size small or 5/6 shirt. I ordered the costume in a size small.

This costume is too cute! Bought it as a surprise for my 6 year old. He’s quite tall so we got the 7/8 size and he actually fits a 5t still in regular closes. It’s a little big of course, but has plenty of growing room so the 7/8 size was perfect. The pants stayed on and didn’t fall off. He did say the patch fit a little snug so he didn’t want to keep that on. Otherwise I couldn’t get him a out of the costume until bed time. It’s very comfy material. He was very happy.

Bought this for my 6yo son for his pirate day at school. He was very happy with it. The eye patch has small holes so you can still see while wearing it. Sizing was true to recommendations listed in description. My only complaint and why I didn't give all 5 stars was because the shirt had permanent indentations in the skull design from the accessories packed on top of the shirt during shipping. I tried washing it to see if it would come out but it did not. My son was ok with it though.

The costume is very cute. It’s lightweight. The accessories are okay. My daughter is in the process of losing them as I type, so it doesn’t really matter too much. My only deduct is the picture on the shirt appears to have creased as it was ironed on. So the picture is fine from a far, but up close there’s a line down it.
