Using this for couple days already.its easy to function just plug in the charging and just press on button on top then it will automatically work.its screen will showing the temperature and RH in room.this dehumidifier is not big suit for small house like my apartment.its quiet,and have UV light to kill the bacteria around.i on it for no switch off whole day,place side of the window,usually condensation is super bad,so cause a lot of mould.But this couple when I using this dehumidifier it’s not that bad anymore.price is worth for a dehumidifier with 12L water tank and UV function.

No matter what we do the dehumidifier will not turn on. I bought two and one works really well but the other simply will not turn on. We swapped the cables to see if it was just a cable issue but no it still will not turn on. Plus returning the item is not as simple as it should be. All I got from Amazon was a QR Code which is of no use in Ireland for returning items to the UK

So, the dehumidifier seems to work as I would expect it to. It is NOT in any way silent, but the noise of the fan does disappear into the background after a few days - I don't notice it anymore. However, the power brick runs ridiculously hot - so hot that you wouldn't want to pick it up without giving it a few minutes to cool down! A huge waste of energy and probably because the block is either mismatched or poorly designed. I do not have the equipment to actually measure the energy usage of the device itself compared to the whole thing, but I'm sure that there must be at least 50% power loss in the brick.

The dehumidifier was purchased as a gift for an elderly relative. The product works well, is lightweight, looks good easy to move, hidden handle, water easy to remove. The minus on the device is the power block. It gets really hot. My relative was concerned enough to make a purchase of another make of dehumidifier. This model will be used but only for a short time and not left unattended. I'm sort of deflated, when is a gift not a gift? When the receiver has to buy an alternative! I would not buy again.

Using this in a small bedroom and seems to keep humidity level down.Large tank so shouldn't have to empty as often.Only downside is it is quite noisy so not sure if really suitable for a bedroom.

We have recently been experiencing more than the usual winter condensation in one of our rooms; when it's happened before we've gotten slight mould on the wall areas surrounding the Windows.Have been using this for the past week and it's been really effective in battling this problem. Really easy to set up and use.

It’s easy to use but useless in a room bigger than a box room and it just too noisey

I purchased this product to protect my leather tack from mould and mildew.It arrived very promptly and looks extremely smart. I loved the idea of the UV light to help kill the mould spores. Unfortunately it quickly became obvious that there was something rather odd wrong with the unit; the unit measures the air temperature in the room. Over the last three days the temperature reading has been rising steadily. Today, 30th December, it read 42c!
