My Wife has been purchasing this brand of multi-probiotic for several years now from a certified nutritionist she has been seeing for about 20 years now. Amazon prices are about quite a bit better than buying this from her nutritionist.Even though it states to take it on an empty stomach, she uses one capsule a day by sprinkling one half on apple sauce in the morning and the other half in the evening to help spread the effect more evenly during the entire day. She had used several other brands prior to this one but they did not have the positive effect this one has on her digestion and other stomach issues.
