I've worn 30-40 compression for years but wanted something I could comfortably wear under work clothes without any roll-down so bought these 20-30 full pantyhose style instead. Am VERY pleased. The only thing - DON'T size up as recommended for those whose measurements fall between sizes. I sized up and wish I'd got L instead of XL. They are firm around legs but not tight on torso - this is to be expected if you are familiar with compression and have thick legs, lipedema or lymphedema, BUT I could easily go down a size so will also order a smaller pair. I am keeping the XLs as they're really comfortable, long, and a true black opaque. The hose seem well made, and are strong compression fabric. Note: they are made for leg support, not torso (like most compression hose), so do not expect torso to be as tight fitting as the legs. Thank you!

In a word: GREAT! I’m a senior distance runner and have had normal muscle soreness from lactic acid for several days after long (12-20+ miles) runs, and decided to swallow my pride and try a pair of these. I wish I had done so years ago! The first time I wore them I put them on after a half-Marathon and wore them until bedtime, about 10 hrs. I had no leg discomfort overnight and absolutely no muscle soreness the next day! Needless to say, these go on right after my long training runs and races from now on. I just ordered my 2nd pair. Being a guy, it took a bit of work to get them on, but my wife squared me away. They are tight and it takes practice to put them on, but well worth the effort. They’ll definitely be my go to for winter runs, too. Definitely recommend for runners.

These are not the best design. Foot portion (open toe) is far too loose, and the waist portion is incredibly tight (it cuts in and I'm hardly overweight). The material is heavy. If you're tall and have small hips with huge feet, these might work, lol. More ideally designed for a tall, thin man for the winter.

These are almost as comfy as 20-30 compression house can be, but after a full day, they hurt my waist. I actually cut the waist, but it didn't help much. Feeling glad I don't have to wear them very long.

I followed the instructions to measure the different parts of my body to get the correct size (and then upped one size as recommended for first-timers), but it still did not work for me.I am 31 weeks pregnant, so I was really hoping that these would help me. When I first opened them, I was surprised how thick the material was for these stockings. Unfortunately, I couldn't keep them on because of how uncomfortable they were. They would bunch at the ankles, knees and the bunching in the crotch area made them too tight to wear for long periods. No matter how many times I tried, I was not able to completely "smooth out" the stockings without it bunching somewhere else. In addition to all this, the foot portion of the stocking were not sleek at all! Too much material at the ball of the foot made it uncomfortable to wear with my shoes because I had to tuck it in. The heel of the material was also very "boxy" looking. (My feet looked terrible in them!)Very disappointed to say the least. I would not recommend getting these if you are 5'3" with a long torso (especially one with a baby inside!) Very sad because the material itself seemed to be of very good quality.

This pair of compression hose is very thick feeling, but not uncomfortable to wear. They do stretch, and I had no problem putting them on. I bought a size medium - thinking maybe I could have gone with a small? But I used the measurement chart and bought my recommended size. I have other compression hose that are a challenge to put on, but these easy by comparison. They are not as sheer as other pairs I own, and I feel like they are fairly warm as well.

The compression is very good, the fact that they don't slide down to your knees is very good, so I almost hate to leave a 2 star review BUT the foot and toe areas are way too small!! If I want to wear this without crushed toes I actually have to put the heel area under my arch. A real problem. I chose a medium rather than small in spite of my only being 5'1" because I DIDN'T want this problem. Got it anyway.

Good compression from the feet to the waist. I've had them for over a year, wear them regularly due to autonomic dysfunction and they are still in good shape. I wear them under pants and skirts.

Me siento muy bien con estas medias me encantaron y no se hacen flojas al contrario té aprietan muy bien mejor que las pantimedias para las varices y aveces las utilizo para hacer ejercicio y te sientes muy ligera me encantaron!!!

I got the medium. Good compression. But they’re so long. The top of thigh would reach to my waist if it could, the top of the leggings to my shoulders. Which means theres a large chunk or material that I have to fold at the top which is digging in to my thigh. The description/title also says “footless” which is not true- the foot is covered.

En cuanto me llegaron me las probé y fue todo una odisea hacer que entrarán. Comprimen súper bien, tome las medidas y no siento que me queden pequeñas? pero la verdad nunca me las pondré por toda la energía que me requiere, se supone que me las indicaron porque me pueden ayudar con mi disautonomia pero creo que hacen todo lo contrario. Fuera de eso se siente de muy buena calidad, gruesas y fuertes, aguantaron mis uñas y jaloneos.
