Excellent renewed headset! It came with all the accessories and looks & feels brand new. No strange smells, just that normal “new headphone” scent. Sound quality is great, with solid bass and clear treble. Definitely a great value compared to buying new. Mic quality could be a little better, but it’s far from the worst. Overall, a great purchase, couldn’t ask for more. :)

My son says they are comfortable to wear and the sound is really clear as well as the microphone. The color and size are perfect and they are durable and good quality and the price was great!

I just got this headset and couldn't be happier. I was a little skeptical when reading reviews that said their headsets came with a foul odor, but I did not notice any bad smell. In fact, they smelled brand new, like a new car smell. They looked brand new too. Mine did not come in the original box, but everything the headset should come with was in the box that they came in, and it was packaged nicely. First I plugged them into my phone and listened to music. The sound quality for music is pretty nice! Not anything spectacular or mind blowing for music, but what can you expect from a gaming headset? Let's move on to gaming performance. Wow. These sound great while playing Modern Warfare on Xbox one. I could easily locate my enemies, game noises sounded clear and distinct, the bass was definitely there but not overpowering, and gunfire sounds great. My buddies immediately noticed the difference in mic quality. I'm coming from the Turtle Beach Stealth 600s. Those had mediocre sound quality at best, and the mic was absolute garbage. My team mates could never hear me while speaking normally, so I would have to yell into the mic if I wanted to be heard. But with the Alphas my teammates heard me loud and clear every time. They never had to ask me "what?", And I never got flat out ignored because I wasn't even heard. Since I'm gaming on the Xbox one, I'm not able to purchase and use the Dolby 7.1 surround sound adapter that you can buy for these, but I found a solution. By purchasing Dolby Atmos surround sound audio for $15, and then enabling them in the Xbox settings for headphones, I was able to get full virtual surround sound out of these. And as the name implied, these feel just like a cloud sitting on top of your head. The ear cushions are extremely soft and made out of leatherette. The head band has quite a bit of soft, comfortable padding that sits comfortably on the top of your head. Honestly you hardly notice these are even on your head. The only con that some people may find with these in terms of comfortability is that due to the earpads being made out of fake leather, your ears could possibly get a bit warm after playing for long periods of time. But all in all, I'd say these headphones are pretty spectacular. I was looking at the Cloud 2's, the Sennheiser GSP 300s, and the Steelseries Arctis 5s. I'm extremely happy that I made the decision to get the Alphas over those, and I will be sticking with Hyper X in the future.

I bought these because they were $12 Renewed and I had $9 in Amazon gift cards. I also like to multitask while playing certain games, mostly online games like NHL, NBA and Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, where I want to hear my teammates but also want to have music or videos playing In the background. Also when friends or family stop by while I'm in the middle of a game it's good for being able to hear them while I play so it doesn't seem like I'm not paying them any attention. The sound quality is good for what it is, but it's not stereo sound so it does sound like it's lower quality in comparison. It's not made for hearing game sounds or music, it's designed for game chat and party chat, and for that it sounds great; my teammates usually sound clear, though the volume is a little low. Thankfully my consoles let me turn it up beyond what the headset itself is limited to. So far, when using it, no one that I play with has said that the mic sounds bad, and it sounds fine to me when I do a mic test on my console. It's not perfect, but I'll take that as a win. The build quality is pretty good; strong, durable plastic that can take a beating. But the ear hole is a little small. My ears aren't perfect so it seems to squeeze it inside no matter which side I have it on, but I suppose that's not the headset's fault. Overall, it's a cheap headset that gets the job it's intended for done. If you can find it on sale or Renewed, it's an even better recommend than at the normal price.

Bought two. Both arrived in identical, like-new condition. They’re built well and sound better than most if not all other gaming headsets I’ve tried. My only other reference being my HD650s, my initial reaction was how much boxier they were, but that’s really only because they’re closed-back headphones. They’re generally smooth sounding with a big thump hump in the bass that makes kick drums hit pleasantly. Microphone sounds identical to the Cloud Stinger with a tad more noise isolation, which is pleasant as well. This is as much a review for the seller (Renew4Me) as it is the product, so I thought I’d mention everything arrived undamaged, working, essentially flawless, and everything was in the box including the 3.5mm splitter and the manual. These are a good deal.

When it works it's a fine headset, but is a complete nightmare of a product otherwise. The absolute dealbreaker for me is that my PC audio plays through the microphone such that any time I'm in a call, if I watch a video or listen to music, it will be picked up in the call. Absolutely horrendous that this passed quality control. It renders it basically unusable depending on the situation. There was also some finickiness with plugging it in where the audio would not work correctly; it would either work as a mic or as a headphone but not both. It took a lot of retrying to get it to finally work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You are better off spending a few bucks and saving yourself the headache.

Had a pair of these that lasted years before I ultimately replaced them with a pair of wireless earbuds. Ended up getting another pair of these because the earbuds just don't compare. Come packaged like new and works perfectly.

Es un producto de calidad, claro que hay diferencias al comprar la versión reacondicionada, por ejemplo la caja no es original (es una caja cualquiera, pero viene bien empaquetado eso sí) y el micrófono no tiene la esponjita que va en el mismo, (eso en mí caso), sin embargo el producto en sí está en excelentes condiciones, cómo nuevo prácticamente, si la caja o esa esponjita (que puedes conseguir por precios muy bajos en tiendas de electrónica) no te es relevante te los recomiendo ampliamente ya que se escuchan de lujo, tienen un gran precio y una gran calidad que enserio vale la pena, compré antes unos Logitech G332 plenamente por casi el precio de éstos y me quedo mil veces con éstos, también probé unos Hyper x stinger y no se comparan para nada, éstos tienen mucha mejor calidad en todos los aspectos cómo el micrófono (te van a escuchar súper claro), el ensamble (no rechinan y son cómodos), la calidad de los accesorios (el cable desmontable y el micrófono no se sienten frágiles ni mucho menos, la diadema igual es de calidad así como las almohadillas y el ajuste de metal) y por supuesto el mismo sonido, no te vas a arrepentir! :)

Los mejores audífonos que he tenido, excelente sonido, calidad y no pesan, los uso para jugar delta force.

these are literally PERFECT for me! they arent dreadfully tight around your head like im used to with other headphones. i have a lot of jaw pain because of stress and i was worried i had to stretch these because how expensive they are but no! good for me.. sound is good and mic is super good. its not top notch quality but for this price, you get what you pay for. its aesthetic and it looks and feels crisp from the good material quality. it looks exactly like in the picture. UPDATE: i wrote a 5 star review and now changed it to 3 stars. for the price of these headphones im disappointed in the sound quality. the mic quality is ok. i bought this in april 2025 now were in july 2025 and they already started to sound bad... not even half a year and i need to buy new ones

Los compre con un descuento abismal y de ello puedo decir que me encanto todo sin embargo comparándolos con unos Hyperx Cloud Stinger S, el sonido del micrófono es igual de bueno aunque por el precio original no note una gran diferencia en el sonido entre ambos headsets, pero todas las demás características valen el precio (con descuento). Algunos puntos a destacar. -Me llego como a todos sin bolsa de viaje ni esponja para el micrófono. -Construcción solida y con materiales de calidad -Totalmente desmontable de forma sencilla y rápida. -Todos los accesorios son nuevos, sin suciedad, raspones o algo afecte su funcionalidad. -La calidad de audio es casi similar a las de los Hyperx Cloud Stinger S (a mi parecer) -Buen micrófono usado para llamadas en mi caso y juegos en linea sin ningún problema de compatibilidad o detección del mismo. -Muy cómodos no me hacen sudar, no siento pesada la cabeza y en una ocasión los use para cubrir mis orejas del frio (conservaron mis orejas a una temperatura buena durante mucho tiempo) -Control de audio funcional para activar el 7.1, subir o bajar la voz de otros jugadores o darle prioridad al juego.
