Well, when I took it out of the box, I noticed that the nut that keeps the phone from flopping around was missing and so had to return it. Customer service was great and that is why I am giving them 3 stars and not 1.

Cheap. Kinda cheesy but I super glued it in the position I needed it so it no longer would fall down when hitting a bump. After permanently gluing both have worked flawless.

Currently using it to hold an iPad Mini and no issues. But then again, it's on a stationary exercise bike. Cannot comment how it would perform on a road or mountain bike.

Mounts relatively easy. The jaws that hold the phone are Strong. My only complaint is the adjustable swivel does not tighten enough so phone will move
