Not pleased with Tooled-up or Webb
I recently purchased a WebbR21HW mower. My wife and I have only used it twice and have found that while it starts first time when cold, however the mower does not want to start when warm; for example when the mower is stopped to empty the grass box. We find that it does not want even after two or three tries. We have to stop mowing and wait for about 10 minutes before it will start again. I did check the spark plug but it was dry and the engine was not flooded.I asked Tooled-up for a refund and they said if it was taken to an official Briggs and Stratton agent for repair and we are still experiencing problems they would be willing to take the unit back. They have gone back on their word..I would not recommend this model.

Webb Supreme WER21HW Self Propelled
Brought a few weeks ago, so far I am very pleased with it. The drive is a bit fast, so if your not quick on your feet I would avoid this model.

I would not buy again
Bought this mower as a replacement for a Qualcast that failed after 6-7 cuts. This is a big mower with a 190cc engine that starts really easily but it's already had problems. The grass collector bag has started to fall apart, the wheel bearings seized and needed replacing, the handle creaks and drives me mad and now I have lost drive on the right hand wheel.Have taken the wheel off to discover the circlip holding on the drive cog has disintegrated allowing the cog to disengage from the drive axle.My mower is about 3 years old, always stored in the shed and cleaned after use. Has been serviced every year without fail.In summary, the engine is good. The rest of the mower is crap. Buy a Hayter instead.Mine is for sale if you want it.... :-/

Rubbish mower!!!
It is heavy (which is understandble) with one speed; bloody slow. There is no speed control at all which makes it useless on a gradient
