I’ve used TRU Supplements BCAA before, but this was my first time trying the **Tropical Popsicle** flavor—and I really like it. It mixes clean in cold water with no residue and no aftertaste, which I appreciate. I usually don’t care for stevia, but I couldn’t really taste it in this. About halfway through my workout, I felt more energized and was able to push through the last few sets with more focus. Even an hour after finishing, I didn’t feel fatigued like I sometimes do. I actually had more energy than usual post-workout. I’ve always trusted TRU for clean ingredients, and this flavor just confirmed why I keep coming back. It’s reasonably priced for the quality and clean ingredients you get. It tastes good, works well, and doesn’t leave me dragging afterward. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something effective and easy to drink.

I have been using Truth BCAAs for a few years now but they were recently unavailable. The taste was tolerable but not delicious. I used less than the tiny scoop provided and had to wash my cup after because it left a chemically taste if i refilled with plain water. The reviews on this product really scared me but, honestly, it seemed like the best option. I went got the tropical popsicle since that appealed to me the most, even though it seems like that one had the worst reviews.... It was so yummy!!! It is very light, not too sweet. I was able to refill my glass with water without washing it. Compared to Truth, I honestly give this one a 10/10! Idk why so many people complained about the flavor. It doesn't taste exactly like juice - it is refreshing though and tastes pretty good! I love the ingredients and that it is made in the US. 5 stars!

Honest to go, the nastiest BCAA i have tasted in my life. Everyone talks about how great it tastes and it was smooth. It’s really sweet at first but the. Gets EXTREMELY bitter. I was hoping to get my money back because i am not going to use it because it tastes nasty, but there aren’t returns on this item. I have contacted the company to see if i can get a refund so i will update once i hear back from them. Maybe it’s just a bad batch but as of now.. not impressed.

This is the best BCAA I have taken EVER. The flavor is great and not only that the product delivers! No pun intended 🤣 I feel amazing during my workout I definitely can tell the difference in endurance and in my ability to push harder and heavier. It’s the best but I wouldn’t have expected anything less coming from Tru🤍

I really like these BCAAs for several reasons. 1. I feel that it actually works since my recovery time is better & I feel hydrated during my workouts. 2. I am vegan and I need amino acids in my diet. 3. I love the ingredients- not too many & all natural. 4. Been a loyal customer for years and never disappointed. 5. The flavor is tasty & not overbearing/artificial compared to other protein brands! Just go for it!

Going to keep using the product for the benefits but the taste is not great and my kids will not drink it. We are trying to curb sugar so that will take time for our pallet to change but I did not enjoy the flavor of this at all.

I have used BCAAs in the past - just plain, unflavored BCAA powder. They worked for my body, but tasted horrendous. I hadn't used them in a while, but when I realized I was lagging in energy and motivation, I came back to look for a BCAA product again. I am personally not interested in any supplement that's full of sugar or food dyes, and this one seemed like a fairly clean option. I was skeptical of the rave reviews about the flavor, but I decided to give it a try. I tried the Guava flavor first. I did work - I was able to sustain harder workouts again. BUT - it tasted like slightly less gross BCAAs. I did eventually get used to the flavor, but thought I'd try a different one on the second round. The Popsicle flavor is worse than the Guava. I don't know what to say about all the rave reviews of the flavor. It's tolerable, but it's still BCAA flavored. I might try the apple flavor next because it is working for my body, but at this point I don't have high expectations for the taste. If you want a pretty clean BCAA product, this seems to be a decent option - just have realistic expectations of the flavor. If you just want an option for a yummy, sugar free drink that might benefit your body in some way, I suggest Ultima electrolytes. They don't have the same benefits as BCAAs, but they do have their own benefits and MUCH better flavor!

I have been using tru supplements for quite sometime. I definitely feel a difference with energy and performance. The company has great customer service and is always very helpful Amazon carries it, which makes it easy as well 123 and it’s at your door 🥰. I highly recommend the BCAA’s all flavors are delicious. The plant protein is amazing too and tastes delicious. Their creatine I find to be gentle and easy to digest mix as well in the BC AA’s or any of the other products that you purchased from Tru.
