Angel Hair the Way I Remember It!
This is the real angel hair pasta of my youth, super-thin with great texture and pasta flavor, as good as it gets. Other "angel hair" pastas I have bought turn out to be regular medium-thick spaghetti. This is the real deal, so don't cook it more than exactly 2 minutes for al dente texture. This is what you need for perfect spaghetti ai frutti di mare. ** Slight revision: now that I have been cooking this angel hair for months, I would advise putting it in boiling salted water for NO MORE than 1 minute & 30 seconds and drain it immediately; 1:15 if you are going to add it to a pan of sauce.

Best angel hair pasta ever tasted
This pasta is wonderful. Love the thinness of them and lovely taste. Easy to cook and a family favorite.

Not (20) Boxes only (5)
There are only (5) boxes,NOT (20) boxes as the Amazon description reads. I can not give a review on the pasta itself because we have not cooked it yet. I will not be buying this again because $27.00/for (5) boxes is very high for a non-specialty item. Barilla is very good and reasonably priced.

Great pasta
I have always liked angel hair pasta because it is not as dense as other types. It also takes less time to cook up so when you are in a hurry that helps.

Best capellini in the US
DeCecco Angel Hair pasta--capellini--is the best. Very thin and delicate, with a delicate flavor. Toss it with butter and freshly grated cheese and some fresh wilted basil or spinach. You'll love it.

Product Correct but Shipping Damage
It is what it is, so no comments on that - if you're considering buying De Cecco you likely know why. Boxes arrived with shipping damage. -1 star. Pasta was largely okay, not shattered or anything.

Angel hair is the best pasta ever!
This is the best pasta in the world. I cannot eat any other brand because of how delicious this stuff is. The angel hair is exception. The flavor is unmatched, even just as buttered noodles. Cool for 2 mins for perfect aldente pasta. I buy it here on amazon when I can’t find it in store.
