Doesn't stick, very low maintenance required. Fits my lodge 10" grill pan perfectly.

La pressa è liscia, di buon peso, con ottima impugnatura. Forse più indicata come panini press e non burger press dato che è quella con lato flat. La differenza di prezzo con quella rigata però, a mio parere, non giustifica l'acquisto della seconda. Ovviamente paghiamo l'importazione USA, dato che nel loro hanno un costo pressoché identico e notevolmente inferiore. In Italia o andiamo su Le Creuset, e i costi lievitano, o ci affidiamo a Lodge che, a mio parere, è meno rifinita ma sicuramente meno delicata.
