Sin tener ni idea de este tipo de cerraduras electrónicas, elegí este modelo pues era universal en cuanto a voltaje (de 10 a 24 V), y en cuanto a sistemas de apertura. Concuerda, en medidas, con el antiguo que tenía instalado. Una vez puesto (cuesta un poquito pies es muy pequeño/estrecho donde insertar los cables), funciona perfectamente. El único pero es que no lleva incorporado el sistema de pestillo tal y como aparece en la imagen.

Al funcionar con poca intensidad de corriente, 250 mA, conectado aun kit videoportero FERMAX Wit, falla continuamente la apertura desde la placa y desde el teléfono. La corriente le llega (se oye el chasquido) pero la cerradura no abre la mayoría de las veces.

no tiene la palanquita para que se quede la puerta abierta siempre y cuendo aprietas el boton de apertura de la puerta esta se queda abierta asta que la abres ( la otra que tenia se quedaba abierta 10 segundos luego le tenias que dar al boton otra vez)
