***This is an update to my original review where I had given them a very good rating. After about 10 uses, they're falling apart. The little nubs/hairs that are meant so scrub the dishes are falling off. Also, they've already torn a hole in the middle. My original review mentions that they are somewhat small for me, but the person who actually used them after my test has much smaller hands than me and they fit her without issue. I've used those cheap yellow gloves and had them last for a year. These didn't even last two weeks. For the price I paid, that's just unacceptable.***The original review is below:I didn't put a lot of stock in the "scrubbing" aspect of the gloves when I read the description since they are 100% silicone. The little nubs are fine for whisking away loose bits of debris from the dishes, but don't expect them to remove baked-on and burnt grease from a lasagna pan.What they are VERY good at is gripping on to wet/soapy plates and letting you work with very hot water without burning your hands.The other thing to keep in mind is that they are designed for people with smaller hands. The middle finger is about 3 inches long and the width across the palm at the base of the thumb is 5 inches. I have average sized guy hands and they are a bit snug on me.So even though they won't really replace your sponge or scrub brushes, they'll certainly give you better control of the wet dishes and protect your hands from scalding water.

I love these gloves! When my family came over on Thanksgiving they were amazed by how well they worked on dirty dishes and asked me where I got them from. The turquoise color makes me happy and think about the last trip I did to the Bahamas! Can’t wait to keep getting compliments on them :) They are strong and do the job. Will definitely buy more!
