Outstanding. I used on the tile grout where I sprayed and waited about 3 minutes, then used a grout brush with strong bristles to rub the grout, then wiped of with paper towels and then moped. This was first time I cleaned the grout in 3 years, and it ended looking so white like new.

If you have a new old house with dirty grout you need this product! My old bathroom in my new house looked great after one process with this deep cleaning grout cleaner. Easy to use.

This works pretty well on getting the hard water stains off my light-colored grout. It didn't touch the stains on the caulking around the bottom of the shower though, which is annoying since that means I have to find another cleaner for that. I can't say that it instantly removes years of built-up dirt. I did have to scrub at it a bit. It's not like it miraculously dissolves the stain. I had to scrub and rinse a couple of times. That said, it works better than the other products I've used.

It REALLY, REALLY works. My luxury vinyl tile is only two years old and I am a clean freak. But much of the grout was stained. I tried every home remedy--baking soda, vinegar, dish soap and, even peroxide.--all with a stiff bristle brush. Nothing. This product will not damage LVT-- others do not promise that. My floor looks absolutely brand new and like it was just grouted yesterday. No need to call the tile steamer company!

I used the product on my grout that had 14 years worth of grout build up and was almost black. It worked Ok, but did not give me the results I was looking for. I was looking for the color to be returned like advertised but it failed. It did lighted the black by several stages but the original color was lacking. It took a lot of scrubbing with the mop handle brush just to lighted by a few colors. I tried Grout Ezze with much better results. Grout eez was simply amazing and restored my grout to original color with much better results. Grout eez is more expensive but is a much better product. I recommend using a hard floor cleaning machine to finish the cleaning to suck up the dirt from the grout. Try using Grout Ezz and you will achieve much better results!

Easy to apply and leaves a nice fresh looking shinny floor.

Didn't work. Didn't do a thing. On my floor tiles, I followed instructions -- used stiff scrub brush. Nothing. I tried two more times. Nothing. Sad I spend all that time and energy. Might as well have been water in that bottle. Plus, wonder why no spray bottle -- it's just a pour it out --- huh?? I returned mine.

Bought a new floor rotating scrubber and this grout cleaner. Most say you need to do a couple of times but I'm impressed with outcome after first clean.
