I was surprised at the quality of the strap at this price. It is good quality leather, soft and well constructed. Looks like it will last a good while. Perfect for me: simple, understated and not fussy but a good match for my Hamilton watch. In addition it comes with four free telescopic pins plus a removal/insert tool. Don't know how they can sell it at the price. I did not find removing the old strap and fitting the new one to be a problem, but I can imagine some people might struggle, even with the proper tool provided -- but that would apply to any strap. Note: when buying, it's important to get the right width for the strap brackets on your watch.

This is a well made strap and it,s pretty comfortable but could do with being a bit longer.My wrist measures 7 1/2" or 19cm and I can only manage to fasten the strap at the last hole,so beware when ordering that they are on the short side. Paul Glasgow

This looks the like a good quality leather strap, easy to fit, nice finish but the reason it's a 4 star is only because of it's nice finish. However when it comes to fit it is notably shorter than the strap it replaced, short enough to warrant 3 stars. A shame as it looks the part.

I've been using this strap for a couple of months now, and I'm really impressed with it. At the low price, I expected it to feel a bit cheap and plastic, but it feels very solid and comfortable on my wrist. The leather is quite thick and stick, so it takes a few days to form to your wrist, but that also means it sits very nicely once it has taken up your shape. No sign of super fast wear, either, despite 24 hour wear.

I fitted this strap today. It seems nicely made and good value. It includes a fitting tool - however I already had a longer one which was better. My only negative comment would be that the strap is not very long. I've got a fairly small wrist and it only just fits well.

The watch straps seem quite sturdy and are comfortable to wear. Using the included fitting tool, I found it a little fiddly to engage the straps with their pins - however, this would be relatively difficult even without the tool so it does make the job a little easier -- mind your fingertips though as on my second fitting attempt I pierced my finger with the tool drawing blood.Over-all I am pleased with both straps and hope they are as good when standing the test of time.

Generally pleased with this watch strap. It looks good and appears to be well made. My only slight disappointment is that, judging from the on-line image, I expected the stitching at the edges of the strap to be a bit more visibly prominent and "rugged looking" than it actually is - it actually resembles the strap I am replacing a little more than i anticipated.

Bought this watch strap for my Lorus wrist watch and wasn’t disappointed. The original was quite stiff and had started to crack. A bit fiddly to attach but perseverance paid off and it goes very smartly with the watch. Has flexibility, so no problems there. I can recommend this item. Especially for the price it is.
