Quality, Fit of item and Pain Relief from the use of this item has been life-saving. Very durable and long lasting. Though X-strap going across your chest can be uncomfortable and take getting used to.

After doing some research on the different types of shoulder braces, I settled with this one. I have suffered with anterior subluxation and dislocations of my shoulders since my teens due to being hypermobile. Reading the previous reviews, I was a bit worried about the comfort as a woman and the straps across the chest could prove to be annoying. I measured it out and it fits perfectly (although I have been told I have a long scapula for a woman). Yes the straps can't sit directly over the top of the chest but above or below the bosom. I've worn it now for a few days in a row and it has proved to be fine and although I can tell I'm wearing it, it isn't uncomfortable. It is a bit difficult getting off but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. I bought it as I'm very active and go to both the gym and mixed martial arts where I last had my dislocation although I've had surgery. This one seemed more suitable for my needs and mentions helping with the healing process which I thought I'd give a go. Hopefully this will help prevent this happening (we'll have to see) but it has given me more confidence that it won't and feels supportive. When ordering, I was disheartened the seller was going to take a month as it was coming from out of the UK but it was the only place I could see to get it. It arrived quicker than the expected delivery to my delight.

Sent back due to it being too tight on the underarm cuffs. It nipped really bad, and you could not loosen the top bit as it was one piece, if it had been like most of the others, velcro all the was, it would have been perfect.

Suffer with my rotor cuffs, 3 to 5 days of wearing this whilst doing heavy work and I'm pain free for about 6 weeks then just go through the process again.My only complaint is its uncomfortable could be designed better with the straps as they ride up to your nipples.

Very disappointing. Why cannot both women and men model this support? It seems to be designed for a male bodybuilder, and doesn't take into account that women are NOT flat-chested like men. It was uncomfortable to wear both with and without the strap and it didn't fit round my small shoulders, offering no support whatsoever. The straps made me feel like a parcel. Worst of all, it was very difficult to remove it when I wanted to take it off. Not worth the money I paid for it! I shall not be ordering any supports like this again.

Product is not that much good. When you wear it, it feels ok. But whenever you start workout, the belt move and start itching underarms. Not a practical item.
