The battery capacity is really good and i really like the rubberized feel of the material. It slides in and out of my pocket with no issues. There is room for improvement in a few areas though.One, the front lip of the case doesn’t extend out far enough to provide protection for the screen. It doesn’t provide any serious amount of protection.Two, the kickstand is hard to pull out and it doesn’t stay open on it’s own. I magnetic latch and spring would be a nice upgrade for the product.Three, the charging port is unreliable at passing through to the phone. My headphones will cut out every few minutes prompting me to have to unplug and replug them in. Also, the passthrough charging doesn’t seem to work well. When charging the phone through the device, it is suppossed to charge the phone, then the case. This hasn’t been my experience with the device. First off, charging through the case is very slow compared to plugging in directly, and in some cases will cut off on it’s own. I’ve woken up to a dead phone and dead battery on multiple occassions now. Charging the case directly appears to work fine. I typically take my phone out of the case at night and charge them separately now.Overall, three stars, because at the price point it packs a lot of power, but some of the basic functions are unrelaible though can be worked around.

Giving no stars, battery case arrived in a ziplock bag with no instructions, you can tell this is a returned item that didn’t work for someone else. This is the second item I have received from amazon that was this way. The battery case will not charge, it appears who had it last broke the lighting connector that’s used to charge it then returned it. Amazon/Jeff Bezos if you can’t get the proper items to the customer in working order then why don’t you hop aboard your spaceship and launch your ass off this planet! This will be my last Amazon purchase.

Battery case for waze when I driving, mine is i6+. Cant wireless, hate to connect charging cable when driving. Here is my comment for 5 stars1. this one is perfect for 2 times charge.2. comparing my old one bought 4 yrs before. it can fit any 5.5 inches iphone which save lots money if I have budget to upgrade.3. one hand to plug in and take out, kinda slim as other product in market.4. soft nonstick silicon form make comfy to hold,5. I like battery case instead of power bank to get rid of charging cable6. most IMPORTANT -- pay for Andrew Jackson to get it which is amazing deal

I bought this battery case for my iphone 8 plus for some special circumstances, such as 2 day camping, videotaping game day, etc. I have prepared for the size when I ordered it but was still shocked by how bulky it is. Of course, it is 8000 mAh second battery for the phone and the size actually was acceptable for its capacity. The case is also quite heavy but it did extend the battery life of the phone quite a bit. The bottom line is that if you need to extend you iPhone battery life and don't really care the size and weight that the case added, go for it, this is the case you need.

I have a 5 month old $1000 8+ almost rendered useless by this device. The case power plug broke off in my phone andapple store told me they couldn't fix it or give me warranty. guess where that put me on the old tension meter?thankfully I had a friend with incredible minute mechanical skills who what able to fish the broken part saving my phone NO THANKS to the lazy Apple Store techs who wanted to sell me another phone.do not buy this power bank if you dont want this to happen to you!! lots of other choices out there

i have tried numerous times to update my review I hope it works this time but the seller reached out to me and refunded me and sent me a new case. Short and simple that’s great customer service. They stand behind their products and that’s a lot to be said now a days. I ordered two cases my wife’s works perfectly mine was not working. I just want everyone to know this case is not only rugged but gives my phone life with heavy use a all day long charge. It literally lasted me about a day and a half of use.

the battery case worked beautifully when i first bought it great feel added double the lifespan to my phone but at what cost 1 the battery case isnt pretty bulky but it weighs a ton it made my phone feel like a brick 2 it has little to no protection for the front glass 3 the lightning port stop working after three weeks of buying the case i had to keep replugging my headphones and charger for it work 4 the product comes with a little card that says it has two years of free warranty and when i made a complaint to fix my case they offered me a $10 refund or a new case which i never received and the customer support stop replying this case wouldve been great for the price but its not worth the money spent

The title says it all. I'm back on Amazon right now shopping for another one of these because my iPhone 6 keeps flashing the message "this accessory may not be supported" whenever I activate it. And then it stops charging. So the reason I purchased this big bulky battery case is made pointless after 6 months.Seems worth mentioning that the little kickstand thing on this battery case is very flimsy and broke two months ago. I didn't care. I didn't buy this case for the stand.But today it effectively stopped working. That big battery is useless if I my phone won't communicate with it.In all honesty, I'm only shopping for battery cases this cheap because the more expensive battery cases stopped being effective after about a year of solid use for me. This will be my fifth battery case in about as many years.You get what you pay for...I guess? Seems like no matter what, you're merely renting peace of mind for a few months to a year with these battery cases.Gonna go shop a different brand this time. Wish me luck.
