The only let down was slightly confusing instructions that covered more than one product and none showing how to attach strap, but so easy to work out once the supplied tool is used to release the back of the transmitting button.. Someone complained about loud volume but it has a volume setting. Simply plug and play. Range OK at different floor levels and to outside shed.

I have a situation where I may need to contact my wife as I have a medical problem. These three button transmitters and mains powered receivers are the perfect solution. We have one receiver in the kitchen, one in the living room and one in the hall upstairs, which covers the bedrooms and bathroom. One pendant is also in the kitchen and living room and the remaining one I carry with me on a ribbon round my neck. The result is that I can contact my wife from anywhere in the house and even out in the garden. We also have devised a code derived from how many beeps we send - for reminders of programmes about to start on the TV or radio or when meals are ready etc. As the range of the devices seems to be quite extensive I would think that an arrangement could be made with a key holding neighbour to rescue a person on their own and substitute the various expensive care systems that currently exist. The delivery from the supplier was also prompt. So I thoroughly recommend this system.

This system was easy to set up and use. The activation buttons can be worn on the (supplied) lanyard or stuck on a flat surface using the (supplied) sticky pad. The range is very good, I have not found any spots in the house or garden where it cannot be used. The range of sounds from the base units is huge and the volume can be set between mute and very loud. All in all I am very pleased with the purchase.

This was bought for a disabled person to use indoors so that they could easily call for immediate help or assistance without having to try to access the mobile. The receivers just plug into any socket & the call buttons which were also ready to go with batteries in, only needed the ribbons attached if required. The call buttons are large & easy to press. Very useful

I would not call them SOS pagers as all they do if the call button is pressed is ring and flash three times. I would expect an SOS pager to keep ringing and flashing until the person answering the page presses a reset button on the unit. All they are is wireless door bells.

Bought for my father who now requires a live-in carer & means they can both have their space, yet he is still safely within calling distance. Just need to remember that each time a unit is unplugged & plugged back in, the tone reverts to the initial one of a door bell... which meant the dog kept barking!! :)

This is great for elderly people, 3 chimes places around my my and 3 alarm buttons on a string.Do recommend! Strongly.

Unfortunately we purchased these as my Dad is seriously ill, however they are brilliant and have helped immensely, great range and very loud if needs be. We'll worth the money
