great for spearfishing, as a removable weight on the belt.
These are great when spearfishing in shallower waters. They can be added to or removed from the weight belt on the fly when more or less weight is needed.Like if I am on a reef and the water is shallower I can add one of these to adjust my buyancy at the bottom.I do not use these on the ankles, just in the belt. If i need to remove it, i can do it in the water and clip it on the buoy.I used proper removable weights in the past, but those are easy to lose from the belt or need to be tied, making it messy. These can be secured with the clip. easy on, easy off, and you won't lose them.Another use could be to clip the 2 ankle weights together to make a neck weight.

Adjustable
I wore these in Roatan when I was certified with Clearwater Adventures. They were perfectly so I wanted a pair.

Only was able to use once because got left with other weights that weren’t mine.

Gets the job done
I use these for diving in an aquarium where I don’t have fins or a tank to help compensate for floaty legs. They do the job.

Nice weights
I wanted these to help trim for diving. I have students sometimes that have very buoyant legs. These help by moving some of the weight to that area.These soft weights are easy to attach and wear. The soft area makes the conform and more comfortable. They can also be snapped together to make a longer loop.
